As for Rubio his support for the last amnesty bill that would have doubled legal immigration was all the proof we needed of his stance on the issue. Either that or he a moron he can not read a bill.

More proof the Rinos are just errand boys of the "cheap labor" whore mongers.

Did I miss when Trump won the nomination? Seems to me Willard has done a whole lot better as the Right Wing nominee than Hair piece 'The Donald'. :roll:

I don't recall too many CONs all that upset when Union Busting was all the Right Wing rage and the resulting wage reduction/stagnation or loss of benefits. Cheap labor has always been the battle cry of the Republican Party those Reagan Democrats flooded into when social issues started making them uncomfortable. Did those who attempt to mask their bigotry as 'traditional values' really think they could highjack the GOP?

Can not fight the "right to rape" or "right to immigrate" in the Bill of Rights. Also a vast majority of those numbers are gangs killing each other which is the issue of the epic fail of the "war on drugs" started in via the 18th Amendment pushed by Progressive statist Democrats.

All reasonable Republican candidates should make clear that Trump's message of incitement is unacceptable among the Party. Good for Romney, Rubio, and Bush for speaking out so far.

Trump's message is a pessimistic and fearful one. He believes the ongoing demographic change in the U.S. is only a bad thing. He believes U.S. companies can no longer compete with the world at large. Divisiveness, fortresses and trade barriers are essentially all that he has to offer.

The United States did not become what it is today on the basis of withdrawing from the world and pandering to fear with hyperbolic exaggeration. Even as the U.S. has not had a perfect record and has had to overcome much injustice along the way, it embraced market dynamism, competition and a long journey toward greater inclusion. That's the opposite of what Trump is espousing.

In the end, while Trump's message may appeal to some of the darker recesses of American society--and he most definitely will wind up on the losing side--his message has nothing to do with the principles on which the country was founded, the courageous progress its leaders have pursued and built upon, and the requirements for success in a world in which countries and peoples are more closely integrated than at perhaps any time in the past.

Finally, Trump forgot or never recognized that the economy today is global and also market-oriented. As a result, he has expressed "surprise" that his business interests have been damaged by his rhetoric. Many businesses with significant numbers of Latino customers or those abroad wish to dissociate from Trump on account of his ethnic incitement. Moreover, in a world of markets, Trump's business has competitors. Alternatives exist. Hence, a growing number of businesses have made the move. Trump's business empire won't disappear, but it will be weaker than it would otherwise have been.

No question the willingness to harm the country by pandering to illegal aliens centers on the votes they believe they will eventually get. What I wonder about is how they expect to deal with the Black Communities they have abandoned.
