texas because their women are manlier than men in other states,and our men shave with chainsaws and we have walker texas ranger!!!!!!!!!!!

 
Montana. Texas just seems like it is trying to overcompensate for its closeted homosexuality.

Nevada - it, like Alaska, has a dominant male to female ratio - however - it has many pro-male affinities such as gambling/drinking strippers/bars and legalized prostitution.

Alaska - though it has a lot of guys - they're all stuck inside and tend to commit suicide more frequently because apparently life there just sucks nards without enough chicks to go around. No one looks sexy in a parka.

plus not to mention its more likely for a straight person to accept a gay lifestyle in a state where women are few like alaska:2wave:

My manliest state was when I was in my teens and early twenties. The testosterone has been dropping ever since.

Make that a hockey game then sure! Just because I wear makeup, wear skirts, and shave all the appropriate places doesn't mean I don't like sports.
 
As a straight male I find "manliness" as described to be inaccurate and gross. But then again I'm in a minority of men :roll: Sometimes, I really wish that I was gay because personally I think gay males are more mature and sensible (not joking).

You are truly in your own "manly state" to make that kind of remark, it takes a set of onions as big as watermelons to say that. What basis do you have to make such a claim?

i dont think gay males are more mature,but if you really look at the gay community,you can see why men would choose other men,its like all the good and none of the bad,they dont have to listen to womens problems or spend their whole paycheck to get them in bed.

in my opinion homosexuality for men is on the rise because of women.i would never go gay because i love women too much,but its not rocket surgery to see why some men choose to bat for the other team.

I'm just saying as a general rule that gay males tend to be more mature and I enjoy their company.

I don't really think homosexuality is on the "rise." I just think that more people are coming out and more are willing to be bi-curious due to changing cultural values. From the gay men I've met, most act professional and are very good people and the kind of people that I would prefer to associate with (straight or gay). Personally, I'm tired of having guy friends that only view you as a buddy for good times and will sell you out at their best chance of getting sex. I don't like being around people that constantly give in to their selfish desires and view male friends as nothing more than "do we have fun? Do you make me feel good?" and view women as "do you give me sex? Are you attractive?"

I would never argue with a personal observation based on experience that you describe. However, I used to hang out in Greenwich Village for many years, had many gay friends and never noticed that they were any more mature than the average male of a certain age, socioeconomic or educational background. Some were pure assclowns like me and some were more somber, but, no more mature.
 
well it would seem rather obvious that the state that has won the last (3) BCS championships running should be leading this poll... but apparently the OP's author lacks a more civilized nature. Texas wins second-best.
