That sounds a bit paranoid. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that most people don't care if you are hear or not. I know I don't really care.

There you go. Evidence that God does not hate homosexuality.
Also, if God hated homosexuals he would let them get married.
Memo to westboro: GOD HATES STRAIGHTS!
So, the girl I am seeing had her orientation for graduate school yesterday and since she is in DC and I am in SC, I sent her flowers as a gift. A friend of mine said how surprised she was that I sent the flowers because the situation, to her, did not really warrant it. My response was, I knew my girlfriend was nervous and since I couldn't be there in person I wanted to do something that let her know I was there for her. My friend and I discussed it for a bit, and she kept saying how uncommon and rare my actions were. So, have any of you sent something to some one you cared about because of a first, like grad school, or some other event in their lives that you could not be there personally for?

I like surprising my close friends and loved ones all the time, even with small tokens. It's always heart warming to know you are loved, supported, and appreciated. I know I've had some rough days that have been turned around completely by really kind acts.
I say pay it forward.![]()
