I'm not saying that the SC justices can't misinterpret the Constitution on purpose or outright lie, because they can do anything that they want to do. But No matter what they say, if they claim the embryo or fetus is a person within its uses in the Constitution, they'll be wrong. Alito knows that. It's why he referred to embryos and fetuses as special because they are human life, not persons with rights to life, liberty, and property.

Easy. In states that forbid abortions, women will still get abortions. Albeit less safely. They will obtain abortion pills from outside sources or cross state lines.

In states that have strict laws regarding abortion women will have underground sources for abortion pills.

I know that my children can easily travel to get an abortion if they if they wanted to.



But the women who will not be able to travel for a wanted abortion will be the poor.
You can’t fine the hell out of the poor ones so put them in jail , pay for prison care …free room and board and recreation and oh yes now put their born children in foster care at a cost to the tax payers in your red states. It is the US males you need to puunish since only 19 percent of the men use condoms consistently when they aren’t actively trying to become a father.

Exactly. The anti-abortion people are always judging women who have abortions instead of judging their own behavior. These are people who don't care if women die in pregnancy or are permanently disabled, so why would they care whether the woman was raped or not?

They worship hypothetical brainless, mindless embryos and show not one ounce of respect for the rights to life, liberty, and property of actual persons.

When they're supposedly Christians, notwithstanding the fact that Jesus said if a person had faith in him and his works, they could do what he did, they can't spiritually heal the physical illnesses and injuries of anyone. They go to a doctor to get all their ills cared for and want to deny that freedom to any pregnant person. In today's environment, I sure couldn't be a doctor, because I wouldn't want to treat any of those people.

People so puffed up with moral pride going around judging others and hurting them by the way they vote, legislate, and sign bills into law are the hardest test of our patience.

If you don't want to be hypocritical, then stop going to doctors for any healing of physical illnesses - and don't apply for unemployment if you lose your job or expect the federal government to help your state financially if your house is destroyed by a hurricane or a tornado or to help you if you go bankrupt in a disaster.

But if you do go to a doctor or get any help from the federal government, don't expect God or the rest of us to think you're not hypocritical. Just pick yourself up by your bootstraps, set your own broken leg, remove your own brain tumor. Maybe you can get an anti-abortion evangelical pastor to pray for your health. There! All better.
