Where is a good place to get a variety of wood chips? The grocery stores that are around my area don't carry anything other than mesquite.

I've ordered some cheap off ebay, I mostly use hickory and mixed fruit woods.

Around here I can get all the mesquite, pecan and oak I want just by going in the back yard. ;)

Python mate, we are chopping down a redundant cherry and apple tree for that purpose.

I have lost 20lbs, I am feeling good, so good that I am contemplating canceling the leg op.

Ps my big brother and I are negotiating the purchase of a small 30 seat bistro:)

it looks like a form of pisaladiere sort of reversed, like a tarte tartin.

Grilled tri-tip with pepper jack cheese, topped with home made pico de gallo and fresh avacado, served on grilled heritage sourdough bread with a side or poquinto ranch beans.

the worst part is that I think I'd pig out that thing in 3 minutes :2razz:

I made a whole casserole dish of vegetarian shepherd's pie. Just sauteed onions, carrots, lentils, tomatoes and peppers, topped with mashed tatties, little bit of cheese sprinkled on top, and baked til it went all gorgeous and crispy on top. Delicious, and I can rheat some for breakfast. Nom.

I had corndogs and vinegar fries:)
