What did you have for dinner?

Well, I like bean and cheese burritos, too.
That's what I usually have for dinner, that or something similar.

As of late I've been doing all the cooking around the house. Grilling everything, changing up all of our meals. But the wife had to work the overnight at the hospital and I was too tired. So that was an easy decision for me, sadly though, one I regret.

Tomorrow I'm on the road again so who knows what it will be.

I've had people tell me that buttering the grill before you start can keep the carbon off. Also wiping the grill with lemon juice before grilling. Any of that worth doing?

I have never heard, butter..... Butter burns.

Lemon juice maybe.... But my method has worked for me for years...

Also about once a year I take the grates, put em in a black plastic bag, pour a cup or so of amonia into the bag, make sure everything is covored, and let it sit in the sun all day....

Sweet and spicy chicken quesadillas. And a small piece of strawberry cheesecake.

Grilled eggplant, mushrooms, zuchinni, tomatoes, onions, and yellow squash. Brown rice. Strawberries tossed in fresh basil and balsamic vinegar.

And blackberry brownies.

Same here, that's why we had soup, too. CL has a case of flu, complete with a 102 degree fever. I've been desperately trying to keep the crud contained. :doh

Hope you're feeling better soon, Kali. ~hug~

Hope CL is feeling much better and hope you did not catch it.

Tonight I had cheesy chicken and rice bake with crusty bread.

Back away from this thread!

Here's a question for you Rev, how do you keep your grill clean? Especially with fish.
before you place the fish on the grill, rub a cut lemon onto the hot grill bars a few times and then dont fiddle with the fish, cook one side then turn over.
this keeps the grill clean.

I agree with this advise, it is highly preferable to rubbing a throbbing penis on a hot grill in Greece during a Dionysic frenzy holiday fueled by retsina grill rapine.

Friggers you malaka, I told you not to mention my capture and rough treatment on Lesbos, now I will have to retire from the circumcision thread in shame:shock:
