No, and no. Gabbard testified that Iran was not in the process of building a nuke. She did not testify that they were not enriching uranium towards that goal. The reality is that Iran has enriched uranium to the 60% level just one quick step from the 87 to 90% level that would enable them to build a nuke.
In your imagination, enriching uranium is NOT an essential part of building a nuke?
