At some level yes. Trump had already made it clear well even before starting his second term that Iran will not be allowed to have a nuclear weapon. He preferred to get it done with a verifiable deal with the Iranians; however he was not going to allow Iran to gain nukes. He gave Iran 60 days and held off Netanyahu for that long. So, again, I'm not sure why you're calling Obama an idiot for saving you 8 billion dollars. Your debt to Iran has nothing to do with any nuclear deals, it went back to an arms deal you guys defaulted on back in 1979.

Obama stopped the interest from continuing to build and saved you around 8 billion dollars on the interest already accumulated. How does that make him an idiot?
