Wait A Minute----Where Are The trumpers Now??

And everything else; even when the court is three time zones away.
If something is unconstitutional in San Diego it is unconstitional in Boston.

You understand that right?

But a judge appointed to a DISTRICT court doesn't have jurisdiction across ever district - that's SCOTUS territory. Or at least shouldn't because they weren't established in the US Constitution but established at lower levels.

He has jurisdiction over the case he is presiding over. If he rules a federal law is unconstitutional then it is unconstitutional everywhere (obviously).

That stands until stayed or overturned by an appelate court.

Its always been that way.

Did you fail high school civics or what?

Point out where the Constitution says that?

Says what?

Do you think a federal law can be constitutional in San Diego and unconstitutional in Boston?

Think it through.

They've already flipped.

Again, you blatantly lied when you claimed I said that the conflict began under Quid Pro.

The you doubled and tripled down on your lie.

It's okay - integrity is something the left eschews.

maybe you were just making unrelated comments without any regard to the context of the conversation

Nonsensical bullshit and whataboutism.

Just stop.
I'm a Democrat but never liked Biden. I saw him as too quiet to be President. He did very little anyway. But, the Economy under Biden was good since unemployment was down, Real GDP was 2% to 4%. interest rates were lower and the stock market was making new highs above 45,000. Trump came in with his Tariff thing and the market immediately lost $3.5 Trillion. He starts doing red-light green-light with the tariffs not realizing that the investment people need clarity in what he is doing. So, which would you prefer?

This is fair.

Trump's only goal is to be a dictator. He doesn't care about anybody else.

Well, if Israel is right about Iran's nuclear capability (which would be a first after many cries of "wolf"), and given Iran's stated strategy involving Israel, then the opportunity for diplomacy is past.

At this point it's all about controlling the narrative. Kinda like when you guys went to Iraq over nonexistent WMDs. I would expect any real information will only be available long after the fact.

The thing that's impossible to ignore, however, is that Biden had four years to get this nailed down. Anyone pointing out that out as a contributing factor is correct. Obama was the last person to attempt to engage in real diplomacy with Iran on this issue. I'm open to being corrected, but that seems like the truth from where I'm sitting.
We had a deal that Obama brokered
Yep... and Biden couldn't find the hammer... hehe

I think it's obvious what happened, and who holds the majority of the blame. But it's not wrong to say Biden didn't do anything when he had the chance, because he didn't. And now, because of all of that, you're where you're at.
why is it that the democrats have to always clean up trump’s mess?

During The campaign all I heard was how Biden is getting us into war, etc, etc,.......The Trumpers are silent now that trump really IS doing just that !! Come on GOPers----what say you ???

WHO benefits from destroying the MAGA movement ?

The GOP Old Guard : Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham , et al

The Neocons Wanted To Split MAGA

By Tom Woods

Back in late 2007, when the American intelligence community generated a report definitively showing there was no Iran nuclear program, even the hawkish dolt George W. Bush backed off. Oh, he wanted to invade, all right, as he said privately, but how could he when the official rationale had gone missing?

Now we’re going to reject the findings of our own director of national intelligence in favor of the assurances of a foreign leader who has done nothing but goad Americans into expensive and ridiculous wars on the basis of saccharine promises that — wouldn’t you know it — never come true.
