Kavanaugh accused of more unwanted sexual contact by former classmate: report | TheHill

Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was hit with another accusation of unwanted sexual contact by a male classmate who said he witnessed Kavanaugh expose himself and press his genitals against a woman without her consent.

The New York Times reported Saturday that the latest allegation, which has until not been public, was reported to the FBI during Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation process last year but was not investigated by the FBI.
This latest bombshell is yet another reason why this guy should have been vetted better. Everyone knew the one-week FBI "investigation" was a sham.

It will not surprise me if more survivors come out against Rapey McRapeface.

A few takeaways:

1)The nation owes Dr. Ford an apology.
2)An investigation needs to be opened immediately into why the FBI did not do the job that Trump officials claimed was taking place.
3)A likely sexual predator now has a lifetime appointment on the Supreme Court.
4)Kavanaugh needs to be impeached at the first opportunity. Resigning is out of the question because that would require a moral compass of some kind, and let's face it, the GOP is all out of moral compasses.

There was never any reason to doubt her. Ever see the Kavanaugh family look even remotely happy?

Bill Clinton sexual misconduct allegations - Wikipedia

One has to wonder where Dems suddenly discovered their moral compass.
Clinton was actually impeached, don'tcha know. Clinton was a rotten husband, a philandering bastard, all publicized, tv movies, books, Trump rallies, etc., all that stuff; News Flash: Bill Clinton is a pig.We all know it

He was also a pretty good president. Thing is, president is not a lifetime appointment; Supreme Court Justice is, and Kavanaugh underwent absolutely no true vetting, because the GOP and the WH wouldn't allow it.

Please take your "whataboutism" and do something useful with it. This thread is about Kavanaugh. Thanks.

An allegation is just that -- an allegation. In this country under our justice system the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
2)An investigation needs to be opened immediately into why the FBI did not do the job that Trump officials claimed was taking place.
I suppose the Democrats in the House will hop right on it right after the impeachment is finished.
3)A likely sexual predator now has a lifetime appointment on the Supreme Court.
See my response to number 1 above.

So correct me if I'm wrong -- is this thread only for those who want to condemn Kavanaugh?

You just neutered post #2. You're new to the forum, but I already know that if I ever see you make an argument, all I need to do is wait for you to write a second post dismantling that argument.

I'm not a mod; however, this thread is for the discussion of Kavanaugh; Bill Clinton is not the topic. Feel free to contact the mods for further guidance, or create your own Bill Clinton Is A [fill in the blank], and people who try to discuss Kavanaugh in said thread will likely be asked to stay on the topic.

I hope that helps.

Oh, and DiAnna -- the last time I checked a SC Justice can be impeached.

I'm well aware of that. Oh, and Overitall, what on earth gave you the impression that I wasn't?

Oh I guess it was when you said something about life-time appointment.

I think The Hill is triggered by the NYT article about Kavanaugh's lawyers ...

"... The Justice Department will present one of its most prestigious awards to the lawyers who worked on the highly contentious Supreme Court nomination process of Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh. ..."

... and the comment made by Blasey-Ford's father ...

"... Details of the report claim that staff and members of the Burning Tree Club in Bethesda, Maryland, witnessed Ralph Blasey approach Kavanaugh's father, Ed, just days after his confirmation to the Supreme Court. "I'm glad Brett was confirmed," Blasey reportedly said to the elder Kavanaugh while golfing at the club. ..."

Link to the source of those quotes, please. I don't recall seeing them in The Hill article.

He's using the Washington Examiner, which is neither The Hill nor NYTimes. That's why he didn't link to it.

And the best part? The report that barnacle is citing was conducted by...get ready for it...The Washington Examiner.

Do you have anything to say about the latest allegation against Kavanaugh, or are you going to try to play deflection games?

How can he be proven guilty if the hands of the investigators were tied from day one?

I certainly hope so.

I find it really hilarious that this issue was on the front page of almost every paper about a year ago, and this idiot comes forward now-was he in a coma or being held in a Soviet prison? Or did he do some new type of shroom that allowed him to remember something that he didn't think of when this matter was the #1 topic in the USA?
