Referring to "these" protests is incorrect since I was clearly being VERY specific about the D.C. BLM protest on June 4, 2020, which was a PEACEFUL demonstration until Trump ordered these protesters to be attacked by land and air by the National Guard.

I live among you. I know you (folks who say what you say and speak as you speak) . What I don’t is understand you. We live in the same area. We share economic starting points. We make middle class income/salaries. I share many of of the same concerns as you.

We’ve made different choices. Saved and invested differently. May very well have been educated differently.

We want and need the same things, want to arrive at similar goals, but we have very different thoughts about how to arrive at them.

My POV, based on the measure of viewing my success at getting there compared to others sharing your speaking points, assessing based on metrics our society uses to measure success would find your way have been less successful than my own. That’s why I find, and state, your way is counterproductive. Not in people like ourselves best interests.

Getting things your way will make everyone like ourselves less successful in getting where we want to go.

I have no problem with you running your life anyway you like. I only have issues when your choices produce negative outcomes I have to navigate and compensate for, making my life more difficult than it might be otherwise.

Trump is one of those choices.
