Well let's look at the two "critical" problems on your list. First, " mail in ballots voted from prior address". This is when you've moved but your ballot gets mailed to your old address. Most people send in a "change of address" to the post office so their mail gets forwarded to their new address. So their ballot gets forwarded to their new address, they fill it out and mail it in. Vote counted, yay. Second " critical" problem on your list..... "Potential voters that voted on multiple counties".. the key word here is " potential"... In the video presentation they did note a few thousand folks who cast ballots from multiple counties. These were easily documented and the multiples were not tallied. So every "problem" on this list were easily detected and did not result in, nor signify massive voter fraud. What else do you have?

I understand. What you don't understand is the average voter age in 2020 is not four years older than it was in 2016. From some quick Googling, the median age of AZ in 2021 is 38. The average age in 2016 was ... get ready for it ... 38. Clue: voter aging does not explain why 60% fewer mail-in ballots would be rejected for signature verification issues.
