They won't know that until they see his tax returns and compare it to his campaign expenses, loan applications, property appraisals, his accountants worksheets, etc.Don't you think that if there was actionable evidence of tax evasion in his tax returns, that Trump would have already been charged by the IRS?
If the DA didn't already have evidence that Trump cheated on his tax returns they wouldn't be using up valuable resources to keep pursuing it.
