No they dont. Unlike you, I actually have a business and hire an accounting firm to prepare my taxes. They tell me what I can do, not the other way around. If I wanted to pay my daughter as a consultant and that was not allowed under tax law, they would say I could not do that. To which I would say 'OK, what can I do then?' They would then lay out the legal paths I could follow. Thats how it works

Consultants ADVISE you on what to do or what not to do. They don't "make" you do anything. The ultimate decision is YOURS. This notion that accountants/ advisors would have prevented Trump from doing anything illegal is as ridiculous as your other Trump defense arguments.

Not true. If they tell me I cant do something or cant deduct something then i cant do it. Lets say I want to deduct my home mortgage interest from my corporate taxes. My accountant will tell me I cant do that and it wont happen. Want to know why? Because they are the ones who put my tax return together and they will not do it no matter what I want. They are bound by the law, not what I tell them. You simply just dont know wtf you are talking about.
