I would hope so!
If you stumble upon it, and are so inclined, please link it.
I may have misheard or misunderstood. Hard to believe there would be no warning to an airbase where Russians may be on the ground.
But then Trump ...
Trump's approval levels will be way up tomorrow.
Luther this attack on runways and aircraft that disperses saran gas on the people in Syria is overdue. It should have been done years ago. When is the last time someone other than a career politician was in the White House?
Both of these guys are amongst the worst formal speakers around! :dohTrump sounds like GWB in his press conference.
Some people on the news were discussing the possibility this could escalate into a war. An analyst said it could lead to a war, but they didn't say how likely it could happen.
my thought is, no one -- that is, no one -- seems to have a coherent set of principles as to when we should go to war in the middle east, and everyone -- that is, everyone -- goes entirely by gut feeling.
Which is . . . Not good.

Ummmm...the current lot goes obsolete before they are too old to use, and very few ever make it to obsolete.
Is that what war means to you, trump's approval ratings ?
So you would of also been against US action in Bosnia then?
The President must get Congressional approval before attacking Syria-big mistake if he does not!

Maybe, maybe not. I think the response was reasonably proportional.
Now where it may go sideways is in the Putin response.
But you are right in that we don't want a boots-on-the-ground war, that's for sure!
why? were they killing US citizens from Texas, Florida, Minnesota, and about 47 other US states there? No, prolly not ..........
The us govt said that last time in 2013, if met a lot of criticism and fell flat because their main argument was rebels could not produce chemicals weapons of that grade.
I seriously doubt they have the evidence, this will likely end up years from now like the wmd fiasco in iraq. Infact for them to confirm something they have no video footage of, and no time to do much investigation, leads me to believe there never was much of an investigation.
It takes almost a year to try and convict trump of colluding with russia by our spy agencies and still no evidence, takes less than a day for them to supposedly prove assad gassed his own people, while ignoring that isis and the rebels both have chemical weapons.

I see the movie already. Something directed by an Eastwood Jr in his 70s. 'Goodbye Seoul' - Oscar winner for best picture, best director, and featuring tons of explosions.
No........the strikes will come and nobody will do a damned thing.
Iran has no power (and probably won't be hit) and China needs us as their No. 1 customer.........we'll be fine.
:2usflag:
Oh now you like military action.**** congress.
We don't have time for red tape and incompetence. Swift action needs to be made and fast. We can blame Barack Obama for this mess. His plan was to announce our withdrawal from Iraq several months in advance. He pretty much gave our blueprints to the enemy and acted as if that was some sort of accomplishment?

Some people said that Russia's interference in our election was an act of war. Look, if Putin wants a shooting war with America we'll be the first to know, but Assad now knows that having Russians wandering his country does not constitute an effective missile shield if he continues to use Sarin gas on innocents. However, if Trump tries to leverage this into regime change, the American public will revolt.
