Mark Pomerantz in a well-known, highly respected prosecutor who's been around a long time. He spent over a year heading up this case. In his letter, he refers to himself and other prosecutors. The information the public has is enough to get indictments and just imagine the prosecutors have much more.

With all that said, I am inclined to believe Mr. Pomerantz. The prosecutors were given instructions by the outgoing DA to start bringing evidence to the grand jury. As soon as the new DA comes in, he shuts it down without explanation. It is in no way for a lack of evidence.

One of two things: Either the DA is just plain scared to charge Trump or Trump and his buddies got to the guy. I smell a bribe, but who knows. This case was wrapped up and ready to go. Why waste 2 plus years and all those resources and then walk away? None of it makes sense.

Read his letter. He resigned out of disgust. The DA said he was not moving forward with the investigation. They were ready to go the grand jury. And the DA shut it down.

What’s there to be sure about? The guy ended up killing himself and Maxwell was sentenced to prison. Both faced the “Piper” for the crimes they committed. You think they got away from facing justice?

They could have nipped him in the bud in 2005. How many people do you know go to "jail" the way he did:

Are you sure that was the DA's motive for shutting it down? There can be many other reasons that can happen. According to the lead prosecutors, they have more than enough evidence to prove guilt in court. And those prosecutors have 10 times the experience the new DA has.

Unless you work in the DAs office, you have no idea why he shut it down. You can only speculate. Which is all any of us can do.

And we can also look to how "the right" has used "lock her up" as a mainstay for years despite any prosecutor saying she is guilty of anything. And Hunter Biden is apparently guilty without trial as well.

Tell that to the girl he abused after 2005. They had the evidence they needed back then to throw away the key and they did not. When one is rich, they get away with a lot more. It's a fact.
 
This is like what you hear about in a mob investigation where the DA suddenly shuts everything down.
