Nah. The U.S. is not the policeman of the world. We should have done it 46 years ago.
What a remarkably dumb post - even for you. Thus far MAGA’s “but Democrats!” deflections leave a lot to be desired. @SkyChief was promising but failed to utilize namecalling. @dmpi showed up to one-up him but whiffed with staggering blandness. Thus far they’re tied with 3 out of 10 points. Let’s hope a more experienced and talented MAGA will show up soon to properly own the left.

Canada rejected right-wing politics. Europe has not abandoned Ukraine. Israel did not feel the need to go rogue & bomb Iran under Biden. On the world stage the Democrats have become largely irrelevant. I am going to say this before Trump decides: we should stay out of it unless attacked. Helping Israel in purely defensive ways is fine, but strikes or other attacks should not be done unless we are attacked first. If Trump decides to stay out of the Iran conflict, then dems will piss and moan, and say that he needs to intervene.

It is really unfortunate that you have pretty much nailed this one square on the head. All one needs to do is look around at the threads/posts by Democratic Party loyalists in just this Community to see that there seems to be no new playbook. Just the same thing over and over and over - hate Trump. I mean, it really, really can't be denied because the evidence is everywhere around here. I'm in my 8th decade of life and became politically aware of life during the Cuban Missile Crisis and have since seen all sorts of politic type stuff in more than one nation and I really, really do not think I have ever seen a political party meltdown like we are witnessing here --- I mean witnessing right here in this Community. We don't even have to go out and watch a television, or listen to the radio, or go elsewhere on the Net --- the meltdown is so vividly clear right here in/on Debate Politics. On the world stage the Democrats have become largely irrelevant. They don't represent anyone and having no core ideology they struggle to even find a viable position or stand.
Dear lord, what a stupid post. The MAGA Prayer
An intelligent post. Thank you.I am going to say this before Trump decides: we should stay out of it unless attacked. Helping Israel in purely defensive ways is fine, but strikes or other attacks should not be done unless we are attacked first.
Of course, none of your post attempts to justify anything Trump is doing. Because you can't. And deep down, you know it.It is really unfortunate that you have pretty much nailed this one square on the head. And if you take a look at the archives that there is a link to down at the lower side of the landing page you can see what the style was many years ago around here, and it ain't nothing like we are seeing/reading now.
I really do feel sorry for some of you, as you have really been brainwashed so badly that you might never recover. So sad.

Actually, - "deep down" - just a short moment ago I was deep down trying to find out if an auto-pen machine was enough ransom for two Democrats that one of your fellow party loyalist had worries about being kidnapped. Then I see that little red alert thingy up there and see somebody quoted my writings and read what that response is and am amazed that somebody is so interested in my deep thoughts that they are doing some sort of mind reading of my brain and I have to feel like a compliment is needed because you care so much for me to be going to all that trouble.Of course, none of your post attempts to justify anything Trump is doing. Speaking of stupid posts, remember when you claimed that you were assaulted/harassed by a poll booth by a woman you were convinced was a Democrat because she wore denim?Dear lord, what a stupid post.![]()
I tend to agree with you. I also think the Israelis are hoping that the Iranian people will bring about regime change themselves and make it possible for Israel to stop the military action. The Israelis do not view Iran the way that they do the Arab states. They do not want to bomb the civilian centers. They are hoping that the Iranian people will have an uprising and spare them doing that, but wonder if regime change can come without an army's cooperation in Iran.I am going to say this before Trump decides: we should stay out of it unless attacked. Can you link me to your posts in this thread "explaining the logic behind some of the present administration's decision making"? I don't see them.Actually, - "deep down" - just a short moment ago I was deep down trying to find out if an auto-pen machine was enough ransom for two Democrats that one of your fellow party loyalist had worries about being kidnapped. There is one sort of slight trouble, though; you aren't so good at reading comprehension, are you? I have written a number of posts explaining the logic behind some of the present administration's decision-making, but you didn't understand my writings. I suppose I should try thinking like a . . . Well, I won't go down that lane. You have enough problems already. Good luck with your upgrade of your reading skills.
You know, you and my wife would get along pretty good, as she has been telling me for over 30 years that "deep down" I am really, really stupid. And you know why she has just been proven correct? Because I am writing this reply to you.
While the idea of regime change is appealing to some degree the thought of what could happen if the hardcore military folks were to attack civilians is scary. The blood bath that could happen is a big worry for some folks that are required to study such things. I suppose that is because it is too real of a possibility. The average civilian in Iran is just about fed up enough to risk going out on the streets to demand changes.I tend to agree with you. My screen is showing that I posted that 24 minutes ago and in just 24 minutes you were able to do a proper search? You must have one fine piece of equipment there. Must be a tower. I'm not working with such fine equipment, so it'll take me a little longer. Especially as you used the plural form and didn't just ask for one example. Can you link me to your posts in this thread "explaining the logic behind some of the present administration's decision making"? If you don't want to discuss the topic of this thread, fine. Start a new thread about "everyone hates Trump" - or maybe just post "TDS" and bounce. My screen is showing that I posted that 24 minutes ago and in just 24 minutes you were able to do a proper search? Yep, 24 minutes; mighty fast that was.
