imo, all elections may have a small percentage of fraud occurring. Not enough to change the results. All States already have laws that trigger recounts, have procedures and laws to check and verify equipment before , during and after the tabulation of the votes.

You may be correct that people may cling to any crumb of questionable that they throw out. If that happens the people will have to make the case that it's large enough to have a significant impact on the election results. That is only one debate hurdle it has to pass. The other scrutiny it would need to survive is if the claim is true. How cyber ninjas came to that conclusion will be better. If it's shown that it's a false conclusion or that is insignificant and those people got their answer it does not harm anything.

Cyber Ninjas has stated database files were deleted and they recovered them.
It is against the law to delete certain election files. So you figure it out. Did Cyber Ninjas make a misleading statement or did they find evidence of a crime?
They provided no proof except the word of an IT person.

Hand count of the ballots may be done by the end of June. Cyber Ninjas has not said when they will be done with the equipment analysis.


By the way. I am not a progressive or liberal. Have been a life time Republican till a few years ago when I switched to Independent. Just recently changed back to Republican. In Arizona, Independents cannot vote in primaries.

I am a registered Independent in Arizona here, and I have voted in the Republican Primary two times in this state. It is the Presidential Primary that us Independents can't vote in.
