Trump: ‘The entire database of Maricopa County in Arizona has been DELETED!’

There isn't any reason to trust the Cyber Ninjas with this so-called audit. Our Republican County Recorder is not going to trust them either.

You know it's got to be bad when you reach a level of crazy so outrageous that the National Review feels it has to come out say 'okay, that's enough'. Let's just stop with the insanity please.

Like I said, no source will ever be good enough for you if you disagree with the premise.

And Trump can shoot someone dead on 5th Avenue and you would never question it.

That is what happens in cults, mental blinders affixed to one's brains....
In fairness to your point I trust very little that the Baizuo media claims is news. In fairness to my point they deserve to of lost that trust by repeatedly being caught deceiving thier audience. Thier polls are consistently misleading. They have a lot of work to do if they want to restore people's trust and I don't see any indication that they have any interest in doing it.

Hell, we all know that's not true. You've been shamelessly giving the biggest, most repetitive liar in all of American presidential/political history the benefit of the doubt since at least 2016.
LMAO I walked into that one face first. I should of saw it coming but didn't. Good retort!

I do support much of Trump's agenda but I am aware that he exagerates and I do not believe everything he says.

"The Arizona Senate may sign a deal for another 2020 election review in Maricopa County following reports that some overseers of the audit are dissatisfied with the process.

The present audit, which includes a review of 2.1 million ballots cast in the state's November election in the county, has been underway since April 23 at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, led by the hired firm Cyber Ninjas. Audit liaison, former Secretary of State Ken Bennett, told a reporter with CBS5 News on Thursday that hand counters had gone through more than 800,000 ballots so far. Organizers have said they hope to finish by the end of June.

But the GOP-led state Senate is already eyeing another recount that would be entirely electronic, running digital images of ballots through a program to count all votes cast for every race on the county's ballot, according to the Arizona Republic. Bennett told the outlet they are considering a California-based election transparency nonprofit group called Citizens Oversight for the job, and the results from both audits could be compared to one another.

oh boy, another possible audit. Seems some will never be satisfied. If correct they may be looking at all races in Maricopa County.
Senator Fann, why just Maricopa County? if you are going to continue the show, do all the State of Arizona.

You are incapable of accepting any news that you disagree with.

Please provide a couple of the media outlets you deem trustworthy.

The what media? What’s Baizuo? Is that some Qanon thing?

Also, if you don’t believe CNN just read the posts of your fellow Trump supporters. Significant fraction keep parroting the same Qanon bullshit.
Typical of the far left to demonize those they disagree with. Anyone who disputes the election is Qanon.

Being in Arizona I have talked with a few that dispute the election results. Most of what they say is alleged and they cannot point to any hard evidence.
They will say that is why they need an audit. When asked what was wrong with the ones already completed they have no real response.

Rumor has it the AZ Senate may be looking at another audit after CN is done.

What I reject is the Baizuo media trying to inject their opinions into a story even when it means they have to bend the facts or make them up to do it. I used the word Baizuo to describe them because the term fits them like a velvet glove. It is so common place this site has an entire sub-forum dedicated to the topic.

What it is that makes you and others think you are entitled to push that type of propaganda without it be challenged and called out for what it is, is beyond me.

That's a tough question because I can not think of any that I totally trust. What I generally try to do is read articles and separate opinions from facts. Then use those those facts to form my own opinions. In generally I find most stories to be editorialized accounts of events and facts.

If I had to pick which publication I trust the most I would probably say the wall street journal. They are also bias but they tend to publish competing views so you can read multiple articles on a topic and the articles having competing perspectives allowing the reader to make an informed decision. I appreciate that approach.

From the left I think Reuters maintains the best journalistic standards. They have an ingrained bias but it's much less egregious than the others in the Baizuo media corps.

There are also some individual journalists who have a lot of respect for thier work. Jamie Dupree I used to enjoy but I think he is done due to health reasons. I like the people who you really get no indication of what thier beliefs are in thier reporting.

WSJ tries as much as possible to focus on economic issues and in THAT field, they are not really that interested in publishing competing opinions that challenge the Wall Street economic dogma.

You have blinders on, you believe such reactionary bullshit. You are the only person desperately trying to push the hilarious Baizuo media bullshit.

You have lost the ability to entertain any view which you disagree with. Oppositional defiance disorder.

For the most part all news media inputs their opinions. One reason I say check and verify. Doesn't matter if its the WSJ, CNN, OAN, NewsMax. They all editorialize to some extent.
It can be interesting to see how the different media presents the same story.

What makes you think that you should not go unchallenged. One reason I asked in another post on what you believe is creditable sources and you came back with the WSJ.

Those supporting the Maricopa County audit use phrases of, "what are you afraid of that will be found", "Trump was leading at one time and he won AZ in 2016".
It seems we are to be concerned with:
- real ballots having watermarks put in place by Trump
- 40,000 ballots secretly flown in from Asia, hence the hunt for bamboo in the paper.
- The machines might have changed the ballots

Pretty simple. make up a bunch of samples ballots and run them though the machines. What was the result.
Take the same ballots and hand count them. Did the results match (within the margin of error)?

Do the same with the official ballots. Run a known sample through the machines. Hand count the sample. How did the machines do
Check for internet conductivity and log in.
Check for if the software has been modified

oh wait. this has all been done.

So what really is the reason for some who don't believe the election. Why do they accept the results in every other county buy Maricopa?

Such a waste of time and resources.

Sure, it's next to impossible not to, but some take it to such an extreme that it violates journalistic standards.

I don't mind be challenged. I appreciate it when it's done respectfully.

You do not need to be concerned with any of those things but you should be respectful of those who are and tolerate them satisfying those concerns by checking.

That all sounds reasonable to me

I believe they are looking at things beyond just that
Such a waste of time and resources.
It's not a waste of time or resources if it reassures people that the election results are accurate. Also if it identifies problems we can fix them, even if they are only small ones

I personally think it's ridiculous that all votes are not traceable back to where they originated.

So you do not believe your vote should be secret then. That certainly goes against tradition.

It is a waste of time. The current audit is the third in Maricopa County. There is talk they may do a forth and expand it to all election races. Interesting that the State Senate is not looking at doing this State wide. No reason has been given to why the Senate (Fann) is considering such a thing.

If one citizen complained about the election results should that be enough to have the Senate order an audit?
Or is it 10, 100, 1000?

It seems that the Senate only listens to voices it wants to hear. :giggle:

I think mail in ballots should be signed by the voter but that information should be kept confidential. In person voting people should sign in on the voter roll and show a picture ID. IMO that is a reasonable compromise to all concerns everyone has.

I am not in favor of endless audits but I would support new investigations if the current audit raises new questions. Depending on what this audit has found I would also support expanding it to other districts if it seems merited.

How many is a subjective question for the Senate to decide. I personally favor random audits every cycle even if nobody is questioning it. I think it's good practice in general.

All the "auditing" in the fifty states HAS BEEN DONE by the state electoral commissions, most of them GOP dominated, and every one claims no systemic fraud was discovered or happened.

And these POS who claim antifa and blm were in the mob pushing the Capitol insurgency should want the insurgency investigation by Congress.
exactly they were claims, someone once claimed he was jesus christ, doesnt make it true

To all the DEM's who want to bury their head in the sand and believe the Propagandist in the Media, just listen to the Hearings !

This lady breaks down all the Obstruction and evasion done by the DEM's !

If they "TRUELY" Thought(as they say) Trump lost, they would be HAPPY AS CLAMS to Audit ALL contested States !!!!... The ONLY Reason they would "NOT" want to be involved and STOP / Impede this Audit is because they know they've committed Crimes !!!...
