No, I’m saying that if there is a logical way to reduce bad things from happening then we should take that route first. For instance, we do background checks prior to hiring anyone who works with children to do our best to prevent abuse from occurring. Bad people will always exist and do bad things. If a clergy person or teacher is offended by having to have a background check then should we give into that and just hire them without doing our due diligence? Obviously I’m not saying background checks to use the bathroom. I’m saying we should use the basic logic we have been using since we made gendered bathrooms. And guess what, even then people will still do evil things and a man could still go into a woman’s bathroom and assault her. That doesn’t mean we make it easier for them.

I sent plenty of evidence of women being assaulted by people pretending to be trans woman. There are also examples of “trans women” in prisons raping and impregnating other women in the prison. You can keep acting like sick people won’t take advantage of this but that’s always what sick people do. Again, this isn’t trans people’s fault and if sick people wouldn’t take advantage of things as they always do then there would be no issue. You don’t care at all that many women are not comfortable opening up what should be private spaces to be abused by perverts.
