"Lockdown" - with their 'boo hoo, poor me, I'm in prison" . . . or . . . "wee hee! Look at me! I'm crazy! I'm in prison" slant.

They're all pretty bad, but I had to choose The Ed Show. He's just a moron.

Ha. Very true. Why don't they just have normal news and opinion shows on the weekends?

My husband loves the show, though - thus he nets equal exposure from MSNBC and FOX. LOL

Hey I like that show.

Anyway, I don't like the Ed Show. He's nothing but a hack IMO. Not that I watch MSNBC that often though. I mostly get my news from the internet. When I do watch though I'd rather watch Maddow, or Matthews.

I can't say. I make it a point to avoid 24 hour news channels.

Limbaugh's on the Radio

If he's not harping on TV he's on the radio
If he's not on the radio he's on books-on-CD and Podcasts.
Either way - you can't run from him but you can always choose to exclude self from his presence.
Not just him, either - but that can apply to everyone, really.

what people *really* want is for people who are opposite their views to just GO AWAY - people truly don't actually believe that everyone has the freedom of speech, press or otherwise.

I saw last night how Keith Olbermann is trying to inject a little bit of "crazy" into his show hoping for better ratings. He had a guy dressed up like Bozo the clown and another guy as the Wicked Witch of the West talking about O'Donnell. It just wasn't funny.

I think they're better than any show on Fox, but that's just my opinion.

Best show is the Rachel Maddow show. Last night she went to Delaware and interviewed Chris Coons. She tried to talk to Christine O'Donnell or anyone in her campaign, but they threw her out of her campaign headquarters.

I admit I haven't seen the Ed Show. Primarily I have seen Olbermann and Maddow. Of them I would have to go with Maddow's show because Olbermann at least has some sort of entertainment value. Plus, I think he actually makes a legitimate point now and then without being a total prick. I cannot say the same for Maddow.

"The worst show on MSNBC..."

...is better than the best on FOX news.

While I have essentially stopped watching Fox News for the past two years I still have to say this is not true. At least while watching O'Reilly I don't have to wonder in the back of my mind if he's going to strangle the life out of the next person who disagrees with him. I cannot say that about Olbermann.

Really? Is that because you don't agree with them?

I actually only follow one show on Fox News and that is Stossel. I don't agree about everything, but he gives a lot of good points. And after the quality I have seen on MSNBC, I'm quite sure it's better than the worst show on MSNBC.

I don't know, I don't regularly watch MSNBC, which puts me in line with most of Americans based on the ratings

My comment was intended as pure exaggeration. I find some of O'Reilly entertaining in the same way I find some of Olbermann entertaining, and both blow Ed Schultz and Glenn Beck out of the water, but the best political pundit show is to my mind Hardball. While Matthews makes no bones about being partisan, he tends to give both sides a chance to present their arguments, and does not have the over the top rhetoric of the rest.

Well, Chris Matthews and Joe are useful political commentators given their actual political experience. The rest is just fluff.

I voted that Ed is. I haven't seen Dylan Ratigan's show though or the other guy.
