I didn't realize I was fat until my husband took a picture of me out in the yard - wearing a tank top and too-short jeans.
Talk about a horrifying shocker. I remember saying "I went OUT in that outfit - for a YEAR - :shock:"

But it's odd - I never looked in the mirror, not once, up until that point and noticed I was *fat* - you know. Like when I was anorexic I didn't realize that I was *bone skinny* - and when I was fat I didn't notice how much of a walrus I was.
