The 'Smartest Man In The Room' Just Joined Sidney Powell's Team

Happens all the time. Are you unaware of false or coerced confessions?
The judge asked him if he was coerced or enticed into making a plea. Was the judge coercing him when he said he wasn't?

The DOJ had already dropped the charges. The judge has stepped outside of his proper roll as a judge, and violated the separation of powers, and decided he wanted to also be the prosecution.

Another repetition of the same ignorant talking points that circulate in the RW media.
We have talked about your misconceptions in a long thread dedcated to Flynn's case

Yes...the judge went to great lengths to try and trap Flynn in an unwinnable position. The same judge who stepped well over his heels letting his personal feelings out in the open, and letting everyone else see his bias, when he talked about how Flynn was a traitor and how despicable he found him. Unfortunately for him, he can't do that.

Judges ask the same questions of criminal defendants every day. It wasn't a conspiracy by a corrupt judge.

That's just ridiculous. The FBI was on Trump in July of 2016, well before he was elected, much less before he fired Comey.

Well maybe he and his people should not have been in constant contact with Russian spy.....

Lol.

trumpers are never gonna let this go

He already pleaded guilty. Prosecutors can't drop charges after a conviction.

Why should anyone tell investigators the truth when the president and his DOJ will pardon you or drop the charges if you're caught? How can any president ever be investigated under those conditions?

Obviously you're ignorant of the exculpatory evidence that was obtain when Flynn got new lawyers. It's like you've never heard of coerced or false confessions before.

In her Georgia complaint, Sidney Powell included the declaration of Navid Keshavarz-Nia, an expert witness who stated under oath that there was massive computer fraud in the 2020 election, all of it intended to secure a victory for Joe Biden. Dr. Kershavarz-Nia's name may not mean a lot to you, but it's one of the weightiest names in the world when it comes to sniffing out cyber-security problems.

We know how important Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is because, just two and a half months ago, the New York Times ran one of its Sunday long-form articles about a massive, multi-million-dollar fraud that a talented grifter ran against the American intelligence and military communities. Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is one of the few people who comes off looking good:

What team does Powell actually have? OR rather who is she representing?

Question, were the Republican Judges, all trying to trap Hillary in an unwinnable position, with BENGHAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZI?

Republicans swept the elections but the greatest crime and criminal conspiracy in US history appears to have stolen the election. Although Joe Biden literally confessed to organizing the greatest election fraud in history, clearly the government insiders and certainly the plutocrats are not only silent, but fully complicit. The question is what, if anything, will Americans try to do about it?

The Judge asked if Flynn plead guilty on his own free will. Flynn stated yes both times.

They weren't judges. They were Congressmen. Actions in Congress are political processes, not judicial ones.

I'm aware of the trap they set up for him. Looks like I have another who has never heard of coerced or false confessions.

Why would Flynn need to be pardoned? Then you read the pardon and they are trying to protect him from the crimes he did commit and were ignored when he agreed to cooperate.
What a sham. LAW AND ORDER!!!!!!

No evidence of coercion. No evidence of a trap, what is the mechanism, what is the bait?

Might want to tell Flynn’s partner who he ratted out.

The so called "other smartest man in the room" just stated that there was no detectable election fraud.

He was pardoned to end the sham of the trial. Yes, the judge's behavior is a sham present in the legal system. You're right on that point.

Of course there is evidence of both. That you're ignorant of that at this point in time only means it's willful.

Wow you truly deserve Trump.

Wow you truly deserve Trump.

You've provided nothing but your opinion that doesn't have any ground. You may as well have stated that you like pumpkin pie, for all the relevance your posts have been.
