In her Georgia complaint, Sidney Powell included the declaration of Navid Keshavarz-Nia, an expert witness who stated under oath that there was massive computer fraud in the 2020 election, all of it intended to secure a victory for Joe Biden. Dr. Kershavarz-Nia's name may not mean a lot to you, but it's one of the weightiest names in the world when it comes to sniffing out cyber-security problems.

We know how important Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is because, just two and a half months ago, the New York Times ran one of its Sunday long-form articles about a massive, multi-million-dollar fraud that a talented grifter ran against the American intelligence and military communities. Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is one of the few people who comes off looking good:

I'm curious about something. Why is it that Sidney Powell "prove" her case before it even goes in front of a judge while 4 years ago all we needed was an accusation to turn the FBI, NSA, CIA, DIA and DoJ on Trump?

Not too many court cases ever get tried on the internet. I'm pretty sure the "evidence" isn't shown until the legal system requires it to be presented at trial. Until then just probable cause and enough to lead a judge to recommend trialt. That's the process now. Nobody is going to present evidence to the democrat crooks too soon. It's fun watching Biden/Harris and he democrats squirm as they worry about getting caught.

FBI Asks Pro-Trump Statistician To Share Findings Into Illegal Ballots
The FBI - which President Trump on Sunday suggested may be 'involved' in election fraud - has asked former Trump data chief Matt Braynard to share his findings on possible illegal ballots cast in the 2020 election.

According to Braynard, who runs the Voter Integrity Project, "The @FBI has proactively and directly requested from me the VIP findings that indicates illegal ballots," adding "By Tuesday, we will have delivered to the agency all of our data, including names, addresses, phone numbers, etc."

lol...Sidney Powell. Is she still blaming the long dead Chavez?

Meanwhile the septuagenarian boy who wishes to be king stomped his feet again.

all that matters is proof.

or, you can just stay in a safe place and pretend that stuff happened without proof.

no skin off my ass.

Because liberals are hypocrites? The only way a liberal will ever believe this story is if an anonymous source leaks it to the New York Times. Thats the only 'evidence' they understand.

Wrong. Proof is not needed.

All that matters is a judge deciding the evidence constitutes a "preponderance of evidence". Then, the judge can order a remedy.

That's when you say, "Hello again, President Trump."

Does this mean that when the last case is heard it will absolutely, positively be the final word? Now that the absolutely positively best expert in the world is involved? Does it mean that if they lose this time It'll absolutely positively be a win for Biden?
Or is there an even huger, even bester expert to call on when this one flops too?

Oxymoron.

If he joined Sidney Powell’s team, he can’t be very smart.

But then again, seeing Powell and Giuliani, if they were in a room, my three year old nephew would be ‘The Smartest Man In The Room’.

A judge serving as a poltical hack to overturn the results of election. Is that what you're rooting for?

I don't understand why people like him torpedo their reputations in defense of Trump. I read the 'affidavit' and I didn't see an actual claim anywhere in sight. In multiple key places relied on unnamed "media" reports of how the counts came in, which is just absolute garbage. And he concludes based on something he doesn't say that the numbers aren't believable because too many of the votes in some unknown places at some unknown times from unknown precincts were for Biden. Looked like someone spent about an hour typing that garbage up then ripped it out of the printer without proof reading it. Total nonsense, and if it's the same guy who's an expert, what in the **** happened to his critical thinking skills. That was embarrassing for a Trump hack, and unexplainable for someone with actual expertise. Here's just one incredibly embarrassing paragraph.

It's not worth picking this apart - there's nothing there to really check. But starting at the top, the "data variance" was expected by EVERYONE WITH A PULSE because the mail in votes according to all polls would be disproportionately Democrats casting them, and the big counties in PA and the other battleground states are heavily tilted Democratic, so that's a double whammy. Take precincts already expected to go 70% for Biden, then count only the mail in ballots in those counties. What should the "variance" be? Does he quantify those impacts? Of course not. Would anyone that's not a worthless hack spewing bullshit do so in an affidavit alleging massive fraud. Yes. Instead he just tells us it's indicative of fraud, but it's not.

So now I know one more person to strike off the 'legitimate' list forever - this asshole.

But that wasn't the case with Trump. What is the reason for the difference in approach?

Nope. A judge upholding justice and the rule of law.

do you think it was correct for Trump to pardon Flynn?
