Lol- that reminded me of something that happened a few years ago, on my job. Nurses do an initial database on patients upon admission to the hospital. I was looking through one of my patient's databases, looking for a contact phone number, came across the section where religious preference is documented. The nurse who had done that database was trying to save time and writing space, and rather than Assembly of God, she documented the patient's religious preference as "Ass of God". Lol'd at that one. :lol:
