I was going to say China but they aren't an energy exporter at all. I give up.

Although Obama is a weak president and has is share of mistakes.

Obama is not responsible for hiring more Americans , neither is he responsible for Alternative fuel resources

My guess would have been a major corporation.

(which is sort of like beauracratized greed)
(if you could expeller press a corporation it would give you greed oil)

GREED has been responsible for many a person to fall.
As a matte of fact more than one nation has fell because of GREED
For GREED to flourish somebody must be responsible.
I know that word may sound strange to a right wing party line walker, but at one time in America it was quite popular.:peace
