the breakfast thread

So I tried an experiment of making a batch of the egg part of my breakfast sandwich using my egg muffin toaster and then freezing them. I figured that I could make my own microwavable breakfast sandwiches in the morning for cheaper and at the same speed. It worked, and the sandwiches are great. I'll still buy the prepackaged ones as a treat, but mine work just fine.

1/4 caff.

2 slices of buttered cinnamon raisin toast, 2 cupsa joe, V-8

Cinnamon raisin bread French toast with sliced banana and pure maple syrupal, butter, breakfast sausage, cuppa joe, oj.

Same sandwich
Decaf. Meant to get 1/4 caff, but forgot the 1/4. Probably for the best. I'll have caffeine later.

Sausage, egg, and cheese on an toasted everything bagel. OJ and now tea.

A scrambled egg and cheese on a toasted English muffin,. OJ.

Standard breakfasts here that I make basically daily:

Eggs and sausage.

I have a nifty little egg cooker that goes in the microwave - I whisk up 1 egg, some cheddar cheese and Mrs Dash seasoning - pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds - that’s for my son.

Then I’ll do 2 eggs - same way - for Pop that goes in the microwave for 3 minutes.

While they’re cooking - I make sausage links or patties in the stovetop.

Breakfast is served.

This time I added more hot sauce. I've been digging that lately.
Which one do you use? Depending on how I cook my eggs I’ll use either Tabasco red or Cholula green.
