Toasted English muffin with butter and orange marmalade, Cheerios.
 
Avocado toast w/tomato and bacon, cuppa joe, oj.
 
Bargain breakfast sandwich (still excellent)
1/4 caff.
 
Warm everything bagel slathered with butter, cuppa joe, oj.
 
Pork roll, egg, and ketchup on toasted, buttered, English muffin, cuppa joe, oj.
 
Mashed the remaining avocados into incredibly delicious guacamole and used that for an incredibly delicious guacamole toast w/bacon; cuppa joe, oj.😋
 
English muffin with no sugar added peanut butter
1/4 caff.
 
Warm Black Russian bagel shmeared
With vegetable cream cheese, cuppa joe, V-8.
 
Zucchini, onion, red pepper, and eggs scramble, half toasted , buttered, English muffin, cuppa joe, oj.
 
A biscuit breakfast sandwich and OJ.
 
Brown sugar and cinnamon bagel with 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1/2 caff.
 
Bacon, egg, and cheese McHelix cooked on my egg / muffin toaster
1/2 caff.
 
We went out for breakfast. I had a craving for crepes and off we went. I had the spinach, roasted red pepper, and mozzarella crepe, cuppa joe and oj.
 
Mini wheats with raisins and milk, cuppa joe, V-8.
