the breakfast thread

Toasted, buttered, English muffin with strawberry preserves, cuppa joe, oj.

Great Grains w/ milk, OJ and a cup of tea.

I made scrambled eggs and toast with strawberry preserves. Eggs turned out well; toast was on this diet bread that I'm not a huge fan of. Either way, the whole thing was good. 1/2 caff on the side.

Home fries and crumbled bacon in scrambled eggs, 1/2 toasted, buttered, English muffin, cuppa joe, V-8

Bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch w/extra raisins and sliced banana; 2 slices of 9 grain buttered toast , cuppa joe and oj.

Pork roll, home fries, and egg. A cuppa joe and oj.

Warm, everything bagel slathered and dripping with melted butter, cuppa joe, V-8.😋

Diet breakfast sandwich
Decaf.

Breakfast protein shake:

Banana, vegan protein powder, peanut butter, almond milk, ice

Gotta put the new vitamix to use

Bacon, egg, cheese, tomato, and mayonnaise on a warm, flaky croissant, cuppa joe, oj.😋

My smoothie. I make a batch that's good for about three days. It consists of:

- almond, flax, or oat milk
- organic cherry/pomegranate juice (optional),
- almond/peanut butter/sunflower seed butter
- beets
- carrots
- oranges/tangelos
- bananas
- cacao
- blueberries or grapes

I think that covers it.

I think I’ll stick with mine🤔😋

Peanut butter and cherry Belgian waffles with apple slices. I held back on the toppings to cut calories, but it was still very carb heavy. It was a treat breakfast, though.
1/2 caff.

I usually don't skip it unless I'm under the weather. One of the keys to my continued weight loss is loosely timing meals and snacks. It trains your body to expect food at certain times. On the weekends, I try to sleep in and combine breakfast and lunch.

Waffle, lots of butter, macerated sliced strawberries and Reddi-wip. Always coffee

1 1/2 toasted, buttered, English muffins w/strawberry preserves; cuppa joe, V-8.
