Texas' 6-Week Abortion Ban Takes Effect

We're discussing biology, right? Human development. A 10 year old isn't a fully formed human.
A ten year old is a fully formed human in the sense it is not still in the process of building basic functions or forming organs, instead the process it is going through is reaching sexual maturity

A 10 year old is developing more than just sexual maturity. The entire biological process of a human developing and growing into a fully-formed human doesn't end until around age 25. The process begins at conception.

There is a world of difference between the kind of changes in the womb and after being born, it’s an apples to oranges comparison

So? Both the born and unborn are humans, nonetheless. We don't live in a sci-fi novel.

We already discussed that, they are what may develop into a human but are not fully formed.

No, that's not biologically correct at all. Humans, like all mammals, develop over time. They don't suddenly become that species when you say they are fully formed (which isn't when they are fully formed) -- they are that species through the entire process. Two humans cannot create a non-human. This is basic life science.....

Should Texas prosecute these moms?

Two unborn babies died after their unvaccinated mother’s contracted COVID-19, Texas health officials reported.

The women were 29 and 23 weeks along in their pregnancies, respectively,

What is a frozen embryo?

There’s a major and unsubtle difference between forming a nervous system and fine tuning the prefrontal cortex of a brain that already functions

Of course. Yet --- still a human.

At a certain point, yes

You can keep saying it, but it's just not true. Conception is the beginning of human development. He/She is no other species.

It is the beginning of human development, I agree

And the organism that is developing is a human with a unique DNA and gender. He/She cannot possibly be any other species. He/She doesn't magically transform into a human at some point in development. That's not how science works.

At some point it develops into a fully formed human. It appears to be around the end of the second trimester

In the context in we are discussing it, a ten year old is, given that it’s not in the process of building out basic biological functions
Sure it is... it is not through puberty. Also, an infant's skull is not fully formed and there are other aspects of a developing human.

No, it doesn't develop into a fully formed human until around the age 25. Just because he/she starts to look more like a human baby, doesn't mean that's "fully formed". It's science fiction to think two humans can create a non-human.

The third trimester is when there is a general chance of viability outside the womb, that is when it can be considered fully formed

If that were true, they each could sleep in their own bed. (A simplistic statement but your statement to me reflects a religious belief system which doesn't make your statement universally true.)
It is already true...

No, that's when a human has a chance to live outside of the womb. A human isn't fully formed until around the age of 25. Words have meanings.

Possibly. I don't know the specifics of the laws on that.
What's worse, killing an third trimester unborn via the gross negligence of not vaccinating or seeking an abortion to terminate a 10-week old fetus?
