The diff is before the mental disorder was automatically applied to trans and now is only upon diagnosis, not based solely on having transed. It also applies only to those who've retained their original sex organs. Not to those who've fully transed.

The nuance of having cognitive dissonance and difficulty accepting who you've become is something for a professional to diagnose. Having confirmed yourself by gender, whether trans or recognizing what you always were, or transformed by surgery is not definitionally delusional.

Gender dysphoria, as the name makes explicit, is to do with gender identity for having transed to one gender while retaining sex of your original identity. They are not my definition. Your definition has no basis in medical, biological or psychological recognition. You are probably deluding yourself if you believe otherwise.
