Hmm good question, I'm not quite sure. When I said that I only meant that there could be multiple different ways of answering that question, legally, scientifically, religiously, etc. I'm sure there are many more and I'm not sure which is best or that if there is a best one for every circumstance.

Violent crime ???? All most all transexuals are not violent offenders it may still be defined as cruel and unusual punishment. Most transexuals would go to jail for fruad, theft, or some other non violent crime. I can only think of a handful of violent crimes that involved transexuals. Generally speaking they are not violent.

Chaz Bono has only had the top surgery! You only have to have that to get your gender changed in California. She has not yet had the bottom surgery she is not post op. Very big differance there. You are claiming she is post op is wrong and arguing that is insanity. Especcially to someone that is far more knowledgable about the subject. I am beginning to see you would argue with a wall!

I believe that those people who have fully transitioned PHYSICALLY into the opposite sex from that which is listed on their birth certificate should be jailed with the same sex as that which they have become
