**** em....if they were concerned at all about "their own good" they wouldn't have committed a crime in the first place :shrug:

Even though that's true, they could be in jail for a relatively minor infraction too.

:lamo That is SO not true. Get some parking tickets and don't pay them. Guaranteed you'll go to jail. Unless your name is Lindsey Lohan of course.

the key word here is SOME. you don't get sent to jail over one or two parking tickets. piling up multiple parking tickets is not a minor offense. don't know about where you are...but with prison over-crowding in my area, you have to do something pretty major to actually serve time in jail. my alcoholic POS neighbor was driving drunk, rear ended a lady in the wlamart parking lot and left the scene and all he got was a suspended license and a fine. 5 DUIs and a hit-and-run and he hasn't served a single day in jail
