ANd you worship a demented lying moron. Go figure.
C'mon, give them a little more credit than that. Nobody, not even the dumbest of all the
swamp dwellers could be so dense that they actually worship such a frail, feeble & flawed
individual as Biden. Biden was the medias fictional character who hid his dementia in
his basement for a year, spouting that Trump had wrecked everything and he would bring
about decency, prosperity, & had a secret plan to end the pandemic. Without even campaigning
he was able to combine Bernie's constituency as Biden had none, along with the fear & hatred of Trump
formented by the mainstream media to pull an inside straight & win the 2020 election.
Bernie was the unelectable socialist candidate and among the backbenchers the elites on the
far left chose Biden.

There were some Democrats backbenchers left who had ridiculous matters to raise and whose
constituents expected them to raise them. If all those offered the prospect of office in the near
future were to receive it, there would be no backbenchers left.

Sure, that's what you want to believe. If, like you, I had voted TWICE for Trump the Traitor, I'd want to believe some wild and crazy fantasy, too. Anything to avoid the truth.

Actually, no. I would recognize my mistakes and try to make ammends. I guess that's impossible for hardcore brainwashed Trumpers. No ethics or decency to be found in that group.
Joe was billed as the antithesis to the tweeting Bad Trump. Yet he clearly wasn’t. Even Joe’s tweets (“We are with you, Jussie”) were often more ridiculous. Biden's handlers have managed to restore the Trump record of achievement simply by doing the opposite of what Trump did, thereby ensuring their own failure and reminding voters of what once was working.

Do you think in the future you might be able to author a serious reply?

And Trump won the election. Do not forget that. It was rigged; otherwise, a shitty, fictional and worthless Biden campaign which spent its time communicating from a hidden Soros basement fairly beat Trump.

Get back on script, please, and have a MAGA.

MAGA.

It seems you are equating Biden tweets with Trump tweets.

Please don't do that. There is no comparison. Trump was the best tweeter ever.

MAGA.

Anytime I read "Biden's handlers" I know I'm dealing with someone lacking in facts.

Given that Trump did commit a crime (since that seems to be what you & many others are insinuating), and the Jan 6 Capitol rioters are getting the premium gitmo treatment when it should only be a $1000 fine, what makes you so sure Trump won't be subjected to the premium gitmo treatment himself?

He's rich and an Ex-President. The typical 1-6 rioter is not.

Even if Trump shoots someone on 5th Ave, he still wouldn't go to a "real" jail or lose your support.

:ROFLMAO:. Thats hilarious shit right there.

So just who has the authority to do just that?

Since it stumped you, I give you the answer: only the voters have that authority, so have at it.
He's not going to run, but you "Independent" liberals are diddling yourselves over the mere threat that he will.
yeah ok......you're right .....I don't like Trump and some people do.....I don't like him because I don't like braggarts....I don't like liars.....I don't like narcissists.....I don't like draft dodgers.....I don't like conmen (which a conman is only a conman because he can find fools to fall for his game)....I don't like whorhoppers.....I don't like rapists and exploiter of young girls.....etc etc.....

I don't like Trump mostly for what he and his propaganda machine has done to our nation......brought white supremacy to the power.....

Define "direct knowledge," and cite the statute criminalizing simple knowledge.

You know as well as I do what direct knowledge means. I don't waste my time playing stupid games with people trying to play "gotcha."

As far as the second half of your question, the statute is 18 USC, Section 4. It's called "misprision of a felony."

What is the difference between "direct" and "indirect" knowledge, in this case? If you don't want to "play stupid games" then maybe you should be more precise in your language to begin with.

More than simple knowledge is required by the statute, FYI. That's the "conceal" part. Not reporting something isn't the same as concealing it.

Why should I have to dumb down what I say? If you don't know what I mean when I say "direct knowledge," then maybe the big boy message boards aren't for you.

I will speak slowly for you, so you can understand. If ... you ... know ... of ... a ... crime ... being ... committed ... or ... going ... to ... be ... committed ... , you ... can ... be ... held ... liable.

Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 684; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(G), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2147.)

I think you are struggling with the whole "conceal" part of the statute. If you know of something and fail to report it, that's concealing.

concealment

n. fraudulent failure to reveal information which someone knows and is aware that in good faith he/she should communicate to another.

People don't just get sent to prison to rot behind bars for no reason & no one should ever be subjected to such a thing, other than being convicted of a heinous crime. How is "the Don" being treated special?
Because he committed a heinous crime, you know, like trying to overthrow our government.

Great now you have a crime.....now why hasnt the DOJ charged Trump with said crime?
hmmmmmm
I wonder......
Could it be they know they would be laughed out of court due to lack or insufficient evidence?
Speaking of which....what is it that you are going to have the prosecution team use? His speech? The rally?
If this wasnt so sad on your part, it would be funny.....but you truly believe there is a case
In our country we are innocent until PROVEN guilty....EVIDENCE matters
DOJ doesn't hurry for you.

Ok, so he like tried to overthrow our government - I gotcha. In order for anyone (except those afflicted with persistent TDS) to believe our claim that he was like trying to overthrow our government, we're gonna need to provide some like proof of this. Can you fill me in on what it is so I can back up this claim that he tried to like overthrow our government? That would be like helpful.

Where is your evidence that Trump did and does support the violence of Jan 6?

Stupid Trumpism. What kind of an idiot does not know what people are talking about? Could anyone really be that ignorant? No. It's Trump sucking. Naked Trump sucking.

From the beginning of this January 6th thing it struck me as most likely a staged event. I never had anything to support this outside of how suspicious it was but now I do.

This article is rather lengthy it goes into one of the characters who was pretty much the orchestrator of the January 6th events and FBI news media are pretending like he doesn't exist.
