Propaganda in CNN is exactly the same as propaganda in Fox or propaganda in any other news organization_

Good journalism is whenever a news organization has absolutely no agenda other than gathering and reporting the facts truthfully without omitting, exaggerating, downplaying or spinning information, making it possible for its customers to make their own informed choices according to their individual agendas_

Anytime journalism takes on the role of omitting, exaggerating, downplaying and spinning the facts in an effort to influence its customers to believe or react a certain way that conforms to its political agenda, it ceases to be news and becomes propaganda__Basicly, it's someone else making up your mind for you_

Anyways, so we agree that a left-wing biases media will distort the full reality of a given situation in order to create scenarios that call for liberal solutions. Great, we're agreed.

I happen to identify with the right-wing, but that doesn't mean I want to be lied to or manipulated by them or anyone else for that matter_

Now, you're saying that Fox News is "Fair and Balanced" because their right-wing bias (your exact words, from you) is the "correction" needed to counter the left-wing bias so prevalent today? As in, what they REALLY mean by "fair and balanced" is not that they are objective in their reporting to get all the sides, but their right-wing bias is a correction of liberal media, thus making it "fair and balanced", right?

Until biased journalism no longer exists, bias will be the only alternative the right-wing has to counter bias_

But lets not forget that biased journalism first reared its ugly head in the counter culture/progressive movement of the 1960s_

The right is simply fighting fire with fire for lack of an alternative__The left had a 20 year head start but the right is gaining ground_

Bias further obscures truth and facts in that it means, lacking neutrality. So no, Murdoch cannot be considered the Great Equalizer.

Have you ever notified CBS, ABC, NBC, MSNBC and CNN of the evils of biased journalism???

Should Rupert Murdoch lock the doors at Fox and send everybody home???

Would the left wing media then feel guilty and begin practicing legitimate journalism???

Maybe congress should pass laws that regulate journalism to ensure fair and balanced???

Consider the father of cable news and founder of CNN, Ted Turner, who is politically somewhere to the left of Mao Tsetung_(I'm exaggerating of course to stress a point)

CNN was left-wing under its creator Ted Turner and hasn't changed under its new owner Time Warner Inc, where Ted sat on the board of directors_

I thought we were supposed to vote for the right for pro-business policies. We keep hearing that, yet these successful business leaders are all raging lefties. That makes zero sense.

Watched it this morning before i went to class. Just talked about how Obamacare is upheld and how it will affect Obama and Romney. Had one guy on saying that it is a victory for conservatives for reasons x, y, and z.

The alternative is to search out the truth on your own. Read actual documents and watch the interviews for yourself.

I'm sure those media outlets are well aware of how they are perceived and as it happens, I have written most of those on your list to give my opinion. The fact remains though, that if it was Murdoch's mission to balance or correct the left lean of the media, intentionally allowing bias in his news room, is hardly the way to accomplish it.
