Records of foreign gifts given to Trump and Pence in 2020 are missing, State Department says

Educate me. The Trump U bullshit was settled for nuisance value after he was elected. The other money things are typical of all politicians. And, as I said, good luck with the accountant thing.
In October and November alone, the Republican National Committee spent nearly $720,000 of its donor money on paying law firms representing Trump in various legal challenges, including criminal investigations into his businesses in New York, according to campaign finance records.

If you have an example of the DNC doing the same, please share. Or even of the RNC paying for others' legal fees not related to a campaign? Are they paying for Matt Gaetz's lawyer? I couldn't find one example.

You call 25 million 'nuisance value'?

I don't know what you mean by 'good luck' with the accountants. Have I missed something? It's a done deal and they made it clear why.

Incorrect, Donald Trump was Roy Cohen's protégé. this is well documented.. Every tactic in trumps play book was conceived of and used by Roy Cohen.

But he was never a President. The Clinton's took at least $28,000 worth of items they ransacked from the White House, but later returned. Claiming they thought they were gifts for them.

Along with the Clintons paying $86,000 for other items that the Washington Post claims the Clintons also took with them.

Prior to returning those gifts, the Clintons also agreed to pay for $86,000 worth of other items that they received in their last year in office.

The Washington Post‘s disclosure that the Clintons took with them more than $190,000 in china, flatware, rugs, sofas and other personal gifts triggered an immediate backlash. The gifts included $7,375 for tables and chairs from Denise Rich, a prominent Democratic fundraiser and the ex-wife of a fugitive financier, Marc Rich, who was pardoned by Clinton on the president’s last day in office. Former President Jimmy Carter called the Rich pardon “disgraceful,” saying “some of the factors in his pardon were attributable to his large gifts.”

$700K - peanuts. THe DNC paid Hillary's lawfirm, $3.6 million in association with her 2016 campaign.

You call 25 million 'nuisance value'?
For a billionaire, that made many times that from the business - Yup.

I don't know what you mean by 'good luck' with the accountants. Have I missed something? It's a done deal and they made it clear why.

Accountants and lawyers and ... fire clients every day. The "good luck" is I'm not sure what kind of partisan issue you can make out that fact.

Yep. Again, last week it was missing phone records. Oooops, nevermind. This week it's missing "gift" records

Truth hurts? Who do you guys have that could be beat him in 2024?
A glazed donut would beat him…

We aren't talking about research (oppo research that would benefit the whole party). We are talking about Trump's business dealings.

Accountants don't fire a huge client like Trump's business--because they have no faith in the client's information--everyday. Dream on.

I'm Canadian. That's why there's a Canadian flag under my pic on the left. 'We' don't have anyone to run against Donald "I don't take any responsibility at all!' Trump.
Are you serious about Trump running in '24? Why does your system keep giving you such rotten choices? President of the United States shouldn't be an entry-level job in government, or a body-of-work award for a geriatric, should it?
Listen. There's a post-pandemic boom standing in the on-deck circle and Biden and the Democrats will get the credit whether they deserve it or not. Americans will be dancing in the streets to the tune of, "We're In The Money!" while Trumpists grumble on the street corners trying to hand out "Stop the Steal!" pamphlets. And Biden will go have a nap in the old folks home while someone born in the mid-fifties or later leads the Dems to a landslide.
And Trump will still be working sleazy hustles on his Trumpanzees.

You asked for examples if the DNC paying lawyers on behalf of a candidate. You said the $ was personal and business criminal representation but didn't provide any support for that.

They fire clients every day, for a variety of reasons. As I said, good luck convincing anyone that it was becasue he's a bad man.

Not sure what your pretense of not supporting the Democrats would do for you, but, whatever. And that spawn Trudeau is the best your country can do? LOL

Good luck with counting on a boom. Not surprising you couldn't name anyone " in the on-deck circle"

By who? Trump denying using burner phones doesn't constitute "debunking" Donald Trump is a proven compulsive liar.
Ah...it's cute when ya'll cling to false stories, like someone grasping to a clump of grass when they are falling off a cliff. They know it won't hold them, but they try anyways.

The mystery of the seven-hour gap has fueled furious speculation as to why calls are missing. That includes allegations that Trump was using "burner phones" (which he has denied) or that the logs were purposely suppressed.

But the gap might have a less mysterious explanation.

According to multiple sources familiar with Trump's phone behavior and the White House switchboard records, the January 6 log reflects Trump's typical phone habits. He mainly placed calls through the switchboard when he was in the residence but rarely used it when he was in the Oval Office. The fact the log does not show calls on January 6, 2021, from the Oval Office is not unusual, said the sources, because Trump typically had staff either place calls directly for him on landlines or cell phones. Those calls would not be noted on the switchboard log.

Yeah....that means nothing as news outlets do circular reporting. They all went on and on about the missing 7 hrs of WH phone calls and that was a nothing story as well.
Except that it isn't.

Except it is. Sorry that you didn't keep up with the reporting on it.
It's not. Sorry, but the fact that he regularly avoided the call log altogether rather than altering it doesn't change anything.

And now you're just making stuff up. The story has been debunked, get over it. You're just looking silly.

i missed it
were records of tRump's calls for that 7 hour period found?
what caused the story to be debunked?

Facts are facts. sorry for your luck.
Dude...I've already linked it's debunking in the thread. You should stop insisting on posting dumb**** old information.

I'll go with the "really corrupt" explanation.
We know who is the top, and the bottom.

Advice from Stormy: make sure the check clears first

It's basically just a combination of the system is antiquated and Trump's habit of making other people pull up calls for him instead of doing it himself. All logs are complete.

The six pages of White House switchboard logs for January 6, 2021, are complete based on an official review of White House records, according to a source familiar with the matter. There are no missing pages and the seven-hour gap is likely explained by use of White House landlines, White House cell phones and personal cell phones that do not go through the switchboard.
The missing calls also underscore something more endemic: the imperfect and antiquated system of tracking a president's communications.

You're not listening to what I'm saying.
I'm listening to you be wrong, repeatedly. Your posts are a ****ing embarrassment and proves my point of not giving a shit about this new alleged issue as we see this BS come and go all the time.
