Who was president when we left the Gold Standard behind??
Nixon fully killed (the famous we're all Keynesian now) it to my understanding but at the time the standard was hanging by a thread by the time he gained power.
If you lived here.....you could see how Obama is the worst president in history....first hand......

you're forgetting LBJ, Wilson, FDR.... and that's just 20th Century.
my vote went to a C+. I would give Obama higher if he would show some guts and stand up to the right wingers a whole lot more. When he signed the tax cuts after the election - that was a terrible mistake.
I think he has done more good than bad but his move to the right to placate the right wing is just not a good thing.
"I have reached the point where I say enough," Obama concluded, according to Reuters. "Would Ronald Reagan be sitting here? I've reached my limit. This may bring my presidency down, but I will not yield on this."
0% give him an A........31% give him a D-F.....Worst President in History.......

Not true. I voted in the D-F range and I'm about as left as they come.

You implied that the 31% are all rabid conservatives. Not true.
