I'm talking about assaulting them for the reason that they are Trump supporters and for no other reason. Can we all pretty much agree, regardless of how you feel about Trump, that it's really, really, not ok?
 
Not ok. Shouldn't even require a discussion.

Everybody is going to vote that it's not OK, but what will also happen is that there will be those on the Left who will blame Trump for any attacks that happen...
 
Not OK. Unfortunately many Liberals consider disagreement a moral crime. In USSR, Anti Communist Propaganda was a crime.

no violence should ever be directed at the government..... unless its a democrat then we might need "2nd amendment remedies"

you get my point, there is no end to the amount of times we hear about the right wing needing their guns for some imaginary revolution, but as soon as someone else throws a tomato at them they turn into ghandi and start this phony plea of non violence

tell gabriel gifford killers that, or better yet tell cliven bundy

oh thats right she was shot in the head but lived and the 9 year old died, i forgot only 6 of the 19 people he shot died, but I didn't hear a peep about nonviolence then,and more recently I didnt hear any condemnations of violence at the oregon wildlife refuge either, but I guarantee we will hear about the blonde christian conservative lady getting hit with tomatoes for the next month atleast

Are you justifying the violence directed toward Trump supporters? You sure seem to be. To me, that makes you no different than them.

It shouldn't make a difference but it sometimes sadly does. Heck you, yourself, apparently could not condemn the violence against Trump supporters without first sorta justifying it by saying they probably did it first. You totally just proved his point, actually.

I was not justifying it- stating the facts. Raise the tempo of hate and attack minorities, expect people to respond. Do i agree they should, no. It just provides more fodder for Trump and his acolytes.
I was responding to a post where it was implied that the left would justify this.

The hypocrisy is amazing. All of these thugs protesting how bad Trump would be for America - by being thugs. They are far worse than the Trump people. And, if most of them are so sure he couldn't be elected, then what's the point of protesting at all? Why not let Trump go quietly to the history bin while Hillary is president? And Hillary says all of these thugs are actually Trump's fault! What happened to that liberal belief in the first amendment, or doesn't that apply to those who you feel are bigots? Isn't that why the Ku Klux Klan is allowed to exist, because this is America and they have that right?
