I think lots of middle of the road people saw the true scumbag nature of gun control advocates after Newtown. Only a moron could believe additional laws would have stopped Lanza and more than a few people realized that those gun control scumbags were using the blood of children to advance an agenda that had NOTHING TO DO WITH SCHOOL SAFETY

Very few things in life offend me, but there is little sicker than "dancing on graves" tm-LMR I cannot stand when some agendist literally upholds the deaths of innocents, not just related to guns but any issue you can name to say "see, SEE, if we had more power these people would still be alive, shame on you for not granting more authority to us". Equally sick was the Wellstone memorial/pep rally(well respected Democrat, one could disagree with him but love him as a person), the TM coverage, and so many others.

Easily. The black market is not legal, but it is laissez faire, and making something illegal automatically creates rarity, which in turn creates an unnatural supply/demand curve, which leads to profits. People by nature seek profits, when a person does not care about law and the weight of the profits exceeds the percieved risk that person will open shop. "Psst, C'mere guys" LOVE when the government makes more stuff illegal, it gives them more product to sell at jacked up rates.

The definition of treason in the constitution is too short. Willful violation of constitutional oaths should be capital treason, Pelosi and many modern politicians really should be tried and hung for what they are attempting to do to our great republic.

Do you HONESTLY think that a background check will work against a practice used to circumvent a background check.

Here is where your wiki source fails. It is not illegal to sell a firearm to a felon, it is illegal to KNOWINGLY sell one to a felon. It's not illegal to transfer a firearm to a person UNLESS you lie on the NICS form to do so.
