Since the tea party and the GOP are demographically doomed, eventually -- probably sooner as opposed to later -- the US will have comprehensive gun control. I guess that's what really scares the boomsticklovers. It's going to be funny to watch the boomsticklovers whine like Zimmerman.

The definition of treason in the constitution is too short. Willful violation of constitutional oaths should be capital treason, Pelosi and many modern politicians really should be tried and hung for what they are attempting to do to our great republic.

because if things had remained as they should, only the states would have had that power under the tenth amendment (as limited by their own constitutions). The Bill of rights was intended only to apply to the federal government.

stop the stupidity. I have no problem with state governments penalizing the criminal misuse of weapons or prosecuting those who have proven themselves (and to a court) to be incapable of owning weapons when they possess such items

Open carry (of a loaded handgun) is basically banned in Texas as well. Reality is that most Teaxs LEOs could care less so long as you act civilized while they are present and are not responding to a compliant about your gun being carried on the property of another.

Conservatism is not doomed demographicly. the message of less government apeaks to all races. Also if we are so racist why do we have more minority congressmen than the progressives.
