Nfl 2014/15[W:117, 134, 348, 1312]

Re: Nfl 2014/15[W:117, 134, 348]

And Beast Mode wins the game.

But in truth, I wish this was like college, and they just kept playing, kind of feels wrong for Peyton to do as an amazing a job as he did in the 4th quarter, and never get a chance.

Edit: Most shocking thing to me is that Peyton hasn't won an OT game since 2004, 0-11.
Hell of a game! Yeah, they should play OT with equal number of possessions. Imagine extra innings without the home team having its at-bats

NFL overtime...the epitome of suckitude.

Re: Nfl 2014/15[W:117, 134, 348]

That was an epic game. I am a nervous wreck.

Re: Nfl 2014/15[W:117, 134, 348]

As Deadspin pointed out, all of the points in the Pats-Raiders game were scored by Rob Gronkowski, Stephen Gostkowski or Sebastian Janikowski. It was a good day for Polish guys at Foxborough.

Is it just me, or does the Steelers have more fans than Panthers at the Panthers stadium? Not that I can blame them at this point...

Charlotte has always had a lot of Steeler fans.

But it's still better now compared to when just a FG won.
Besides, SEA -4.5 covered, not that it mattered !

Yeah. I don't even care that the Broncos lost. They win the division hands-down anyway. And, I prefer that the Bengals get homefield anyway.

That fourth quarter comeback we a beautiful thing to behold. Opposite can be said about Dallas...that Ram collapse was just ugly

1. Steelers are a much better team than people gave them credit. I picked them to go to the SB, even though I'm a Bengal fan.

2. They do have a hell of a following. The fans often overshadow Bengal and Brown fans when the team comes to Ohio. Hell, Bengals didn't even sell out their stadium Sunday--and they are 3-0.

Before all is said and done, SD will make some noise. They are pretty good.

Well, the Lions did upset the Packers.

I saw a video of a lions player tearing his ACL doing a sack dance.

I thought as well, at first. The problem is it wasn't a live ball when the hit occurred.

Thomas blew Welker up on this play. Clean or not?

Clean, his path was blocked and he continued on that path up-field. Welker clearly ran into his path, he did not seek him out.

Bang bang though. I thought it was clean.

That little ****er Welker is going to have dementia from playing the Hawks. They just kill him when he goes over the middle. I have a feeling the league will fine Thomas anyway.

it was a dead ball, but by fractions of seconds. you can't expect people to defy physics

Nah, dude shoulda pulled up as the runner was undoubtedly going down and was, in fact, down before the hit even occurred. There was no attempt, whatsoever, to pull up and he sought him out.

If someone runs into ones path during a live ball, one can run them over. There was no attempt to seek Welker out, the collision was Welker's fault.

If a QB enters ones path during a live ball, one can run the QB over; but no QB-seeking missiles, especially that impact after the play and with the play in full view of the missile.

They guy is just too small. But, I admire his grit and determination. The guy made Tom Brady, IMO.

Denver fans are whining about it.

Wes Welker hit from Earl Thomas during Peyton Manning interception should have been flagged - Mile High Report

Wut?

Brady had two super bowl mvp's before Welker got out of college.

But he wouldn't have gotten the third ring without him.

You're right though. Brady was a star the minute Bledsoe went down.
