I see you're trying to pin the LATimes with that story but a google check shows it's pretty much everywhere that it is a myth, and the important part of the articles seem to all suggest though that the constant lies about it being a game are going to turn it into a game. That had that video not been hyped three weeks ago, none of this new crap would be going on. People get attacked and mugged and shot, it isn't new, not three weeks ago, not now, and this probably is just more media bull to get hyped headlines and stir up more interest in a non-game that's going to turn into a real game.

But, if a white dude attacked a black person, you can bet your ass it would matter.

:dohYou are being whipped into a frenzy over what is most likely a complete fabrication. Stop being such puppets for god's sake.
It is simply street violence. We should, as a society, be outraged by it no matter who the perps are and who the victims are. Yet somehow it became an outrage in the RW noise machine because, if it was made out to be "them" people attacking "us" it worked up the right wing base even more. It is obvious what it is, just say it.
And if my aunt had balls, she'd be my uncle.
Making up hypotheticals and using them as an argument is not an argument.
And, true yo form, the Libbos wasted no time calling anyone that pointed it out a raaaaaciiiiist.
The Libbos believe that only black kids are doing it and that's not true. Who's the racists, now?
Or a Gay. Then it would be "Gay Bashing." But White Person Bashing doesn't seem to get much traction..
:doh
The puppeteers are those who are trying to assert it is a myth.
I would suggest you stop believing that myth.
Actually, it's been pointed out in numerous threads (by "libbos," which is the most childish term I've ever heard) that the "participants" in this so-called "Game" are NOT exclusively black. But don't let that get in the way of your shrieking about the "libbos" being The Real Racists.
Perhaps we should start a new game - zap a ghetto snipe.
Try reading the thread. I provided a more serious example from last year.Show me something credible that supports your position.
If it does become a widespread problem in the future, we can thank certain media outlets for publicizing and promoting it to the new perpetrators.
If that happened, I'd bet every dime I have that it would not only be heavily reported in the media, but folks here, who are passing this off as a crazy fad for kids just having fun, would be ****ting on themselves to start the first thread about it.

And if you are up on the subject, I am more than sure you are aware of those who have been caught and state that they were playing that game. Do you think they were lying?
I'll look back and try to find what you are referencing here.
I will say this though, if they were in fact playing this game, that does not necessarily mean that it is the epidemic sweeping the country that it is being made out to be. That's the issue I take with this silly news trend.

It is happening many times and is spreading.I'll look back and try to find what you are referencing here.

Then why are the Libbos crying about raaaacism?
The only people who have branded these crimes on black folks are the Libbos...er...sonderkommandos.
I wonder why they didn't have any physical description of the attackers in the original story.
As a threshold issue, it's important for you to understand that it's not a game. It's an intentional act to commit violence and seriously injure others, specifically white people. To call it a "game"is an intentional attempt to distort what is actually taking place, almost as egregious as calling it a "myth."
They may have the same policy as the Los Angeles Times. If a criminal isn't white, the ethnicity, race or legal immigration status of the criminal isn't supposed to be mentioned in the story.
News stories with video of black teens knocking out innocent bystanders?! THAT'S RACIST!!
Whether it started out as a "myth", or, more likely, as a few isolated incidents, yes, reporting it will make it more prevalent. Calling it a "game", which it certainly is not, will make it more prevalent, too. Like I said in the other thread on this subject, the stupid street thugs, who have never had an original thought penetrate their dense skulls probably ever, read... no, scratch read... hear about this "game", and say, "Hey, that's cool! Let's go out and knock someone out!"
It's the same as any other "copycat" sort of crime.
That might have been true before social media like Facebook or Twitter and what all. I believe reporting it will make people more aware of who is around them. I now that my State legislature might make this a felony when they meet next year.
Really? You apparently haven't been reading the multiple threads about this topic, or you're reading what you want to read.
A handful of posts from this and another thread. But yes, it's only "the libbos" blaming black people.
Not a single one of those post blames black people for these crimes.
jmotivator's certainly did. Ray's heavily implied it. APACHE's did as well.
You missed the sarcasm used to jide Libbo ignorance.
