Yeah, those are going to be real affective against aircraft and special forces who take out the ringleaders.
Just owning a gun doesn't mean you're going to be effective at using it which is why the armed forces don't just hand people a gun and send them out to war without training.

LEOs occasionally face armed resistance now, yet those criminal ‘suspects’ don’t get a military response.

How about those people being affected by the current 3k a day number for arrests?
Should people use guns against the police and ice now?
 
For anyone who missed it, epic takedown of Noem a couple of weeks ago. He describes how she's blatantly breaking the law, so why is she still in her position?

 
Republicans are finally figuring out why we havnt been able to get a full handle on this for so many years. The US tried mass deportations, it just ended up causing a humanitarian crisis

Perhaps, having better border security and interior enforcement would help. ;)

What would cost less and be more effective is having an eVerify mandate, coupled with changes to the FIT code, allowing the IRS to act as the primary enforcement mechanism. If the US (W-2 and 1099) employment ‘magnet’ was (largely) removed then many (if not most) ‘undocumented’ immigrants would self-deport.

If the next Democratic administration decides tens of millions of American citizens are “terrorists” due to their political affiliations or beliefs and tries to round them up at the rate of 18.250 million per year, I’m simply noting that many of these people own “assault weapons” and would likely resist that. Democrats don’t like guns and say they don’t need them, because they live in a free country. Republicans, they said, should get with the times. At least, that’s what they used to say. They don’t say that as much anymore. 🤷‍♂️

If they’re illegal aliens, they’re not legally permitted to own guns and probably won’t have them. If there is an outstanding deportation order from an immigration judge, they’re not even supposed to be here. If we are to be a nation of laws, illegal aliens can and should be deported just like they were before Biden became president and dreamed up his app with millions of “asylum seekers,” like the guy who tried to buy a gun but couldn’t and threw Molotov cocktails instead at people attending a peaceful rally in Boulder, Colorado centered on remembering Israeli hostages held by Hamas.

A tyrant probably would do something. A truly free, democratic state responsive to the interests of its citizens should never get to that point.
