NBA 2021

I see the new King saved the US at the Olympics.

It's really hard right now to say anyone in the game is better than Durant.

Umm the guy that beat him in Milwaukee?

Here's a potential big one that slid under the radar.

1:45 p.m. ET: Guard Victor Oladipo has agreed to a one-year deal with the Miami Heat, a source told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. Oladipo will continue to rehab his quad tendon injury through the start of the season, a source told ESPN. He averaged 19.8 points in 33 games last season with the Indiana Pacers, Houston Rockets and Heat.

The Heat are stacked. Is it enough to beat the Bucks? I doubt it. But, it probably pushes Philly further back. And, it likely ends any chance of an upstart like the Bulls, Pacers or even the always disappointing Celtics from making any kind of splash.

Oladipo probably won't be able to play until February or March, and then he'll have to get his legs under him. I don't think his resigning with Miami is a big deal.

Durant is clearly the best player in the world right now.

Durant has been the leading scorer for Team USA in 2012, 2016 and now 2021. No American man has scored more points in Olympic competition than Durant...
Crown the new King.

Is it enough to beat the Bucks?

Bucks?

LOL

The Bucks got by the Net's by a toe, a toe, in OT with teh Net's without 2 of the big 3. (yes, Hardee played in game 6 and 7 but it hurt the team not help it)

The Net's are the team to beat in teh NBA, not the Bucks. It is not even close.

LA is the only team that has a legit change to do so.

The Lakers, the oldest team to ever don a court. LOL

Nets's big three have yet to prove they can make it a whole season, yet alone be on the court together when it matters.

Face it. Harden is fat and out of shape. Kyrie is a headcase. And, Durant, although great and unsurpassed by anyone in the league, cannot win a title by himself.

Bucks have a ring. That brings swagger. Confidence like that will make them harder to beat. Championship teams almost always run straight to the finals. The list of them making return trips is long.

Failed "superteams" are also common. Nets might not even beat out the Heat.

Angry Laker King deletes tweet. Every NBA stadium will give KD standing O’s next year. They all need to rest well besides the summer league.

The "King" feels it slipping away.

He should be more like Mike. Take things personal, and earn a billion bucks.

Kevin doesn’t need to use Mike’s left-hand push off to get an open shot. KD has such a sweet shot. Too bad he doesn’t really have a team with chemistry.

Odds on Miami dropped today to 25 to 1 after signing Butler to a 4-year extension. We’ll see how much thug ball the Heat are allowed to play after adding Tucker.

KD is at least 4" taller than Jordan. But, you are correct on him having an incredibly sweet stroke. I'm not sure why anyone would sign up to play with Kyrie, tho.

Riley brought that shit to NY when he tried and failed to beat the Bulls. So, I am not surprised.

If Durant's toe is not on the line they go home in the second round.
This with only one of the big 3.

They know this. They may swagger elsewhere but they won't in Brooklyn.

Peace

maybe because he is arguably the most naturally gifted player to ever step on a court?

Being a ball hog and having his head in the clouds takes much away from natural talent.

Doesn't he average close to 10 assists?

How is a guy a ball hog if a big part of his game is passing?

Ben Simmons has cut off all communication with the team and is ignoring Joel Embiid’s phone calls, Jason Dumas of KRON4 News reports.

Per Dumas, Simmons has stopped speaking with “basically everyone in the Sixers organization.” The team’s only line of communication with Simmons is said to be through his agent, Rich Paul.

Speaking on 95.7 The Game, Dumas said that the relationship between Simmons and the team is “getting worse by the day,” and is “beyond repair at this point.” As trade talks swirl around the 76ers star, Dumas reports that Simmons’ main concern is that he doesn’t want to end up in a “bad situation,” and is “open” to moving to one of the teams in California.

Dumas also reports that the relationship between Simmons and teammate Joel Embiid is also fractured. “Joel Embiid has reached out to him several times since then,” Dumas said. “And he hasn’t returned Joel Embiid’s phone calls.”

It is also reported Ben Simmons doesn't feel comfortable in Philadelphia. He may fear for his safety.

Irving? His career assist average is 5-point something--so half of the number you claim.

Try to at least knowing what the **** you are talking about before inserting foot.

You are continuing attacking LeBron James by calling him a ball hog.

Completely false.

Since when is Lebron on the Nets, teamed up with KD? Try also reading posts before inserting foot.

head in cloud, problem

he has never been a ball hog in Brooklyn
Kyrie Irving's APG in Brooklyn is 6, a tick up from his pitiful sub-six assist career. Chris Paul's career average is over 9. Stockton was over 10. The real Isiah Thomas averaged 9. Hell, even Iverson had a higher assist per game stat than Irving--and, everyone knows Allen was the epitome of a ball hog.

Face it, Kyrie no like to pass the ball.

You don't know what you are talking about.

Russell Westbrook is one of the biggest ball hogs in the league and has a high assist total.
