Ah biscotti...pronounced in NY and jersey italian slang...bishcauts...we used to watch my mother make them...the real homemade biscotti and double and triple baked and so hard you cant bite them...you dunk them...they were originally plain no choco chips etc...and they dunked them in wine to soften them up...getting smashed in the process..

Speaking of peanuts, you ever tried boiled peanuts cajun style? THAT is some good stuff!

I used to work with girl from the South who had jars of boiled peanuts. They didn't look very appetizing so I passed but now wished I tried at least one.
 
My husband loves the habanero bbq ones. I prefer cashews.
 
For me its blueberries, of course it always is this time of year, thanks to the multiple blueberry bushes I have in the back yard that have gotten huge over the years. :mrgreen:
 
Our extra acreage is covered with blackberry vines right now - soon they'll all ripen within a week and we'll have lbs of blackberries to pick and eat - so much we'll get sick of it. :)
