Anything that provides legitimate background and history on an issue cannot be outdated.
Sullivan had Flynn admit, once again, that he had lied to the FBI and was pleading guilty because he was guilty. He gave Flynn ample opportunity to back out of his guilty plea, discussed with the prosecution the variety of other crimes Flynn could have faced, and said Flynn’s criminal exposure would have been “significant” had be been charged with the other offenses.
You made the whole thing up.
If you doubt Flynn broke the law, then we can safely assume you think the judge who accepted his plea did not realize no law was broken, the bailiffs didn't realize it, the court reporters didn't realize it and the hundreds of paid interns at the court houses filing, storing, reviewing and a analyzing these documents didn't catch it either.
That the extent of your argument? That nobody responsible to any degree for the paper work on Flynn's guilty plea (this includes his own lawyers) has figured out that he commited no crime...
That about right on the nose, Buzz?

I didn't suggest any such thing. But why be honest when you can lie? That's the law in Trump Fan Nation - lie.
Luckily most people with functioning brains don't agree.
Link, please? I am seeing so many different conflicting sources, I would like to view yours.
Lmao, that's insane but you're welcome to believe it.Ya that about covers it. Which is why I don't think any jail time will be ordered.

Re: United States v. Michael T. Flynn, Crim. No. 17-232 (EGS)
Dear Judge Sullivan:
Pursuant to the Court’s Minute Order dated today, the government hereby
files two redacted versions of the FD-302 report summarizing the FBI’s interview of
the defendant on January 24, 2017. See Attachment. The content of both versions
of the report is identical, except that the first version, which was digitally signed
and certified in February 2017, inadvertently contained a header labeled “DRAFT
DOCUMENT/DELIBERATIVE MATERIAL.” Once that error was recognized, the
header was removed and a corrected version, omitting only the header, was resigned and re-certified in May 2017.
Very truly yours,
ROBERT S. MUELLER, III

You can see where I would think that's fishy as hell, right?
Lol, no such distinction exists in the real world. Anything you say to a LEO while in custody can be used against you. You know like lies you might use when talking to an FBI agent, or lies about being a foreign agent...

Interviewed by Peter Strzok and a mystery person. Interesting.
Not fishy at all and what is contained in the 302 really blows this silly notion that Flynn had been duped by the FBI clean out of the water. That's why I raised the old adage be careful what you ask for to another poster I believe who was railing on about the 302. The judge got what Flynn's team wanted him to ask for and the judge was not impressed and actually went ballistic on Flynn. He was ready to throw his ass jail today and actually asked whether or not the government had considered charging him with treason.
You can see where I would think that's fishy as hell, right?
Right
When people reject american values like the presumption of innocence and proof beyond a reasonable doubt, it is easy to see how they would become paranoid
You must not be talking to me.
Because what I am talking about refers to a prosecutor having a broken evidence chain which in most circumstances would alleviate or nullify charges brought from that evidence.
the right wing capacity for denial seems limitless
there was no broken evidence chain
Your argument to the stone is tiresome Sangha. Setting up a contrary position no matter what is said is fairly pathetic.
Try it. Tell some parking spot ticket scribe you committed a murder, and see if he won't stop writing speeding tickets and take you over to homicide.Of course such distinctions exist in the real world. A counter intelliegence investigation is distinct from a criminal investigation... The former is about gathering information. The latter is about investigating criminal activity.
AK, that's a broken evidence chain. It doesn't matter if there is a simple explanation or not.
LOL! That's a crock of ****. The original document was digitally signed and certified in February 2017. Perry Mason you are not.
Try it. Tell some parking spot ticket scribe you committed a murder, and see if he won't stop writing speeding tickets and take you over to homicide.
You've deluded yourself into thinking you can speak to LEOs and the boundaries between departments can save you.
That's hilariously misguided.

Yes, and an FBI agent in counter intelligence is an FBI agent nontheless. What's your argument here? That one FBI agent won't talk to another if he thinks a crime has been committed and a person has committed perjury?A traffic cop is a law enforcement officer.
The note to which I responded expressed incredulity as to why Flynn would lie. An answer is that Strzok was known as a counter intelligence guy and not a criminal investigator. So Flynn could have interpreted the interview purpose as gathering information. Which is why he needed no lawyer and all that.
Do Flynn's almost comic actions make any real sense to you? It's like something out of a mystery novel plot line. And the memo shows how Flynn lied a number of times to the FBI.
It must be nice in that fantasy world of yours.I think it would be a very bad thing, should that ever happen.
It's not happening in this case, although Trump really wanted to himself.
