Ladies Using Men's Bathrooms - True story

And that is exactly what I said you would do, provide a non answer. Is there a reason you can't answer such a simple question? What harm is occurring when there is a penis in the locker room/shower?

I'm guessing the child might wonder why daddy's penis is so much smaller than the stranger's in the dressing room?

Little girls shouldn't be seeing penises. It's that simple. Especially not in the shower, locker room, changing rooms, or bathrooms. Why are you arguing so hard to let penises into those places?

Penises are already in there and I am not talking about trans, either. You still are avoiding what the harm is. You have no real reason, but you are still insistent upon this point. But until you can identify a harm that comes from a penis being in there you have no rational basis for you position. Obviously answering this question must be very hard.

Your question has no relevance to the situation. It doesn't matter if I think the CD/TS/TG are a threat to the children or not. It's like me asking if you quit beating your wife, yet. It has nothing to do with the debate. So stick your cowardly accusations somewhere. The fact is these laws allow people with penises into the girls locker room / bathroom / showers / changing rooms.

The law is about transsexuals, so my question is the only relevant thing in this discussion. It's dishonest and cowardly consevatives who are making the absurd, stupid, and appeal to emotion argument about men in girls bathrooms to hide their bias towards transsexuals. So, since the law in question specifically addresses transsexuals, and since you are concerned about women being abused in women's bathrooms, do you believe that transsexuals would abuse women in women's bathrooms? A simple "yes" or "no" will suffice and will help me to direct how I will explore your position on this.

Nice flame bait.

You don't want your daughters seeing penises in the locker room. Tell us why that might happen unless they were directed to look out for them.

It doesn't just have to be adults, does it? You know boys have penises, too. The point is you and your kind want to allow boys in the girls locker rooms. I don't. Do genetic girls have any rights any longer?

Since the law mentions transsexuals, specifically, do you believe that transsexuals are a danger to girls?

I really feel bad for genetic girls. Where will they be able to pee in peace? It's Target's policy. Now they get to figure out how to deal with it.

Conservative Group Sending Men in to Target’s Women’s Restrooms to Challenge Transgender Policy

A leader of the American Family Association, which has loudly opposed Target’s transgender-inclusive bathroom policy, said Monday that the group was sending men into women’s restrooms in order to test the policy.

“We’ve already had people testing this, going into Targets, and men going in to bathrooms, there is absolutely no barrier,” Sandy Rios, the director of government affairs for the AFA, told Breitbart News Daily. “The chief concern for the American Family Association is predators who will take advantage.”

More than 1.1 million people have signed the AFA’s call to boycott Target because of its policy allowing customers to use bathrooms and dressing rooms that correspond with their gender identity, not the gender assigned to them at birth. Rios said that the policy would encourage “men dressed like women” to use the bathrooms, and would create “trauma for little girls.”

I'm not playing your straw man argument.

So, you have chosen to stick with the dishonest argument rather than addressing the actual issue presented in the law. Good to know.

I feel bad for transsexuals. Used as pawns in the idiotic conservative anti-trans agenda. I also feel bad for women... also used as pawns in the stupid conservative anti-trans agenda. I would have been nice if conservatives had educated themselves on the issue before passing the ignorant law, but I suppose that's too much to ask.

The law allows men to go into the women's bathroom. There's no level of CD/TS/TG required. It doesn't say that they have to be in transition, at all. That is the issue and you want to avoid it.

If young children are accompanied by their parents, I don't see any issue with allowing them in the same changing room, shower. I've already said schools are a bit different (mainly because of teaching children young that there is something wrong and/or sexual about being naked) and something else should be set up for locker rooms in most cases (although if the teens are fine with it, then that should be fine with the adults). But they still aren't likely to see anything in the locker rooms, particularly if they ensure kids have separate stalls to shower in.

The law is directed at transsexuals. You have dodged and ignored this issue. I have asked you a question that you have also dodged and ignored. Apparently, you'd rather stick to the dishonest conservative meme about this.

The same way other stores who have the same policy deal with it. These idiots protesting the policy will quit soon once they realize they won't get the reactions they are hoping for. And things will go back to how they were. Target has family restrooms.

I don't give a crap who the law is directed at... The law allows MEN to go in the women's/girl's bathroom. That is the part you want to avoid talking about.

I wonder how much money they will lose from those that have opted to sign the boycott petitions. I think it's over a million or two now.

This is 100% truth.

Last night the better half and I went to see Jewel perform at The Playhouse Theater in the Hotel Dupont in Wilmington, Delaware.

Great show. Over 1000 people. At 41 years old she's still smokin' hot and can perform better than most people half her age.
There was a great opening act too. Will Hoge is his name. Fantastic performer. Both performances were individual acoustic performances with no bands or background singers.
Spectacular.

During intermission the typical scenario unfolds. Line for ladies bathroom is insane. Men's bathroom has no line at all.

Guess what folks. Smart ladies who have an "urgent need" head into men's room when one of the husbands comes out and says there are multiple stalls in men's room that are unoccupied.

Can you guess what happened then?

I'll tell you. Ladies went in. Did their business. Came out.

No fighting.
No cops.
No sexual harassment.
No rapes.
No lingering leering crotch staring perverts.

Just people voiding their bladders and quickly getting back to the evening's festivities.

Mind you, the Hotel Dupont is about as upscale as one can get in Wilmington, Delaware.
So these ladies are not, and were not trailer-trash. Most were middle class, and some upper class well to-do ladies.

Imagine that. It wasn't a problem for anyone.

I am not really interested in ladies using men's washrooms. It is the other way around that is interesting.

That's like asking if sharks are a danger to humans. It depends on the shark. Wouldn't you agree?

I have no problem with transsexuals. At least they committed. Transgender and gender identity are my problems. Make up your mind. Some people are born that way and others are confused.

This is why we need to change the bathroom signs to show a penis for one, and a vagina for the other. Get rid of the man and woman symbols. Maybe then people wouldn't be confused about which bathroom to use. It's all based on body parts in my opinion, I could care less what you identify yourself as. I identify myself as a unicorn! Where is the little unicorns room?

A couple years ago, we were at the Fox Theater in Atlanta. I took a four-year-old to the ladies bathroom. I stood outside the door, she went in. A couple minutes later she comes out, telling me that she couldn't find the potty. The lady on duty at the door laughs and tells me that I can take her in. When I got inside, I understood the situation she found herself in. It was a lounge. The actual bathroom was through a doorway at the very back by the phone booths. The place was huge and well furnished. I was impressed.

They have been so far prior to all these laws with penises in the restrooms.

What did I note about non-answers, before? He doesn't want to answer these questions because the answers reveal his lack of substance.

That's really not much for a store chain like Target. I work for a small regional thrift store chain (well international, but each region is a separate corporate entity) and our store alone made close to 2.5 mil last year. So for Target, that kind of impact is minimal, if noticeable.
