John Durham demands docs from DNC, Hillary Clinton campaign, Fusion GPS

BWAHAHAHAHAH!

Agency 2 is the CIA. The entire Sussmann accusation is a scam, always has been and the government knew in 2017.

Consider that further for a moment if you will.

This nation literally elected an overprivileged, narcissistic, sociopathic, multiple bankruptcy "art of the deal" businessman, and orange spray tanned "grab 'em by the *****" tv reality star over Hillary Clinton.

Let that sink in when it comes to how terrible of a candidate Hillary was.

If Durham finds out she is a piece of shit it should surprise no one.

Let's be realistic for a second here.

Clinton only lost because Democrats didn't vote for her like they did for Obama twice. Not because Trump's performance was anything special.

Hell, Trump performed better in 2020 than in 2016, and got his ass handed to him, mainly because those voters who stood home in 2016 or voted third party voted for Biden in 2020.

If republicans and Republican media can keep talking about Hillary and Hunter all the way through the elections then that gives them a major victory.

Don't forget Fauci. They'll be dragging him back into the political limelight as well. Anything to avoid actual policy...since they have none.

Are you hearing yourself?

"Clinton only lost because..." (at this point you could follow that up with dozens of things.)

I did not say Trump's performance was anything special, I said... again... she was that bad of a candidate.

But not without the help of the Russian's and the FBI (Jim Comey). She did win the popular vote. It was really close.

If no one cared, they wouldn't have tried so damned hard to hide it.

Fabricated but true? WTAF. You just dropped your credibility into a black hole.
Every single intelligence network in the free world found the evidence to prove that it was the Russians that hacked the DNC. Without that Trump would have lost the election. Putin elected Trump and that is why you love him so. You really should love socialist Bernie supporters more, 12% of them voted for Trump and their votes made the difference in the 3 Blue States that gave him the win.

I'm not disagreeing, just pointing out that Trump and his idiot supporters claim of a "landslide" in 2016 is bogus.

BTW, if Clinton is bad, that must make the 15 other GOP candidates Trump ran against in the 2015/2016 primaries also bad too, right? I mean he steamrolled all of them.

Bear in mind that Mike Pompeo became CIA Director on January 20, 2017. So there's that. And also while various investigations of the links between Alfa Bank servers and Trump servers, Mueller, Senate Bipartisan Committee were not able to establish a nefarious purpose for these curiously strange DNS lookups they didn't supply any rational explanation for them either.

But here's what we do know. We know that Russian hackers were able to acquire voter rolls from a number of key battleground states and that Russian bot-farms were able to inundate social media with fake news, propaganda and Trump-friendly talkin’ points in the run-up to the election. The question that needs to asked here is - How did the Russians convert that generic voter roll information into a specific list of targeted social media contacts? Voter rolls contain only basic info, name, address, maybe a phone # and that's about it. Not much help really unless you're planning some kind of massive door knocking campaign. So what would Russian Intelligence need to convert that generic voter info into a micro-targeted social media list? Email addresses that can be associated with those voters names and addresses. Think about it. Nearly every social media account you own is tied to your email address. Once they have that they can data-mine everything about you from your social media feeds and know right away if you're a Trumper, a Hil-bot or a Bernie bro and can then proceed to create a custom made bot-campaign just for you! And that is where Devos and Spectrum Health comes in. Not only was Spectrum Health located practically smack dab in the middle of the states Trump needed to turn to win. Being a huge healthcare provider Spectrum would also have access to insurance provider databases all over the US. And what do those databases all have? Email addresses tied to a name and an address. Bingo!

Let's just remember that Trump never received a majority of the popular vote in either election.

Believe me, I'm well aware. Outside of Bush in 2004, the GOP hasn't won the popular vote since 1988...and Bush's popular vote victory was entirely based on him embracing amnesty and benefitting from the so called "war time president" title he received at the time.

like police in Chicago?
I'm not from Chicago but I did grow up around big cities where there is a lot of corruption. However that's not all there is to my opinion.

Our justice system is adversarial by design. The prosecutor should always be made to prove their case without incriminating one's self.

If it were up to me I would require the government to pay peoples legal fees.

so if you're innocent you shouldn't cooperate (like many people in Chicago)?

I don't know what this Chicago obsession is about but no people should not voluntarily do anything they are not required to do by law. The prosecution isn't interested in determining innocence. Their goal is to win cases. Don't help them especially when it happens at your expense. We are all presumed innocent until proven guilty. That goes for Trump, Hunter Biden and everyone else.

that's literally what a ton of REPUBLICANS bitch about (not cooperating if you have nothing to hide).

maybe you're a lib at heart?

Tom, even Mueller conceded there was no evidence of coordination or cooperation between the administration and Russian operatives and Russian government.

Quit buying into the lies the DNC has been feeding you to cover its own ass.

That isn’t true at all.

Mueller said that Trump was no exhonorated (so did Bill Barr).

He also said that there was no law against the sort of collusion Trump engaged in. No one had ever thought to pass a law against colluding with the government of a hostile nation in order to get elected. The GOP spent the next for your es doing their level best to insure that no such law was ever enacted, that there would be no law restricting troll farms or future collusion. Trump would later tell George Stepanopolis thathe would do it again.

The Mueller Repurt detailed over 100 pages of narrative to such collusion and supported every bit of it with hard evidence. You can read it.

It also spent 150 pages on the White House‘s open obstruction of justice

What Mueller said was the he did not feel empowered to refer the case to a Grand Jury, and that it be left to the politicians (who immediate conjured a cynical play to try and make it all go away).

But facts are stubborn things.

Yeah they sure are. I am quoting Mueller because I did read it.

Exact language---there was no coordination or cooperation between the Trump campaign and Russian agents.

As for exoneration, you have to prove guilt in the US legal system. Innocence is the natural legal state until proven guilty.

Tom, have you actually read the Mueller report? Because it sounds like you have read the spin about it but not the actual report.

You can produce those quotes. I’m sure you won’t.

Particularly as the report details not only the Russians troll farm and how it was harnassed to aid the Trump campaign. It also includes a catalog of the known contacts during 2016, as well as the substance of the discussions as told by transcript and/or witnesses.

Bill Barr was the one who said that the report did not “exhonorate“ Trump.

After that, he devoted himself to making sure that none of the Mueller report was every referred to the Grand Jury, and then assisting McConnell in making sure none of it was presented during the relevant impeachment trial. Trump‘s acquittal (Both times) were cynical political stunts designted to preserve Trump. Barr and McConnell both made sure he skated.
