Joe Biden: ‘We Have to Go Spend Money to Keep From Going Bankrupt’

And yet conservatives voted for Bush twice that increased bigger government and spending. Sorry the facts speak for themselves. Your a little boy in a big world lol.

Are you voting for PBO in 2012?

Are you voting for PBO in 2012?

If what he is doing isn't right, you're damn right I will vote against him.

I voted independent in 1992 and I voted Independent in 1996.

Let us know your voting record during the Bush administration from 2000 to 2008?

I agree. However the only ones "voted in" right now are in Washington spending unimaginable amounts of money. I did not vote them in.

No offense but the people in now are no different than the people that were in from 1992 to now. If you voted for any of them, you voted them in.

I'll be glad to tell you my voting record and it's Republican all the way. Why? Because Republicans better represent my beliefs. My political beliefs are obviously better for the country.

There are no reasons. You brought Dan Quail in to an arguement about Joe Biden.

No, I didn't -- See below. By the way, you misspelled Quayle...:)

Just like Dan Quayle. You folks didn't seem to mind him though.

You claimed that a misspelling made him stupid.

People were discussing gaffes and American said Quayle's gaffes were not half as stupid as Biden's. I reminded American that misspelling the word potato is quite stupid.

I asked you if that made Obama stupid on the 57 state thing.

Why would you ask me that question?

You still haven't answered that.

Yes, I did -- See below.

About nine out of ten. Are you done asking me stupid questions?

I also included a post that explained what actually happened at that spelling bee, which refutes your arguement.

And I responded to that post:

According to whom?

Personally, I don't concern myself with gaffes. I'm more substance-based...

You introduced your stupidity scale, I just asked you to apply it to Obama.

What makes you think I wouldn't apply it to Obama?

Just where does that put him on that scale? I won't hold my breath waiting for an answer-your refusal to answer I think indeed does imply a double standard.

I did answer your question. Try paying attention.

These people are so incredibly stupid it's unbelievable.

They're not stupid. They know exactly what they're doing. Even PBO is now saying that the Stimulus Bill wasn't meant to, "stimulate", the economy.

But, I bet if a there was a Republican prez and Congress, it would be a Republican problem.

Ain't it funny how Libbos suddenly start getting all bi-partisan, when it's the Libbos screwing the pooch?

Republicans are never bipartisan. Anyway, you guys are worried for nothing. In ten more years we will all be looking to China as the world leader, it is too late to change that forcast.:(

Ok! Fair enough! You got me on a couple of points. I must say, my lack of spelling skills has got me a little paranoid to POAST! Seriously though, do you approve of the spending that's going on in Washington right now? I will grant you that not only some Republican presidents, but alot of Republicans in both houses of congress have spent money like drunken sailors.

Re: Joe Biden: ‘We Have to Go Spend Money to Keep From Going Bankrupt’

So you see, boys and girls. The fact that the Dems are in control and have already spent more money than all past administrations combined is ok and you have no right to criticize it if you voted for, say Ronald Reagan, Back in '80. Because republicans were among those involved in setting precedent, we are all just as guilty as these loons in Washington, that are going to completely bankrupt this country. I have to keep stressing this point-LIBERAL DEMOCRATS ARE IN COMPLETE CONTROL, AS WE DEBATE THIS RIGHT NOW! Precedent is no excuse for doing wrong. Let me make an analogy though. If a person exceeds the speed limit by, say, 15 mph, that's bad, it's wrong and dangerous. I would submit that a person who speeds through a school zone at say 150mph, drunk,...in reverse is far worse. When you look and compare the numbers, this isn't as exaggerated as it might seem. Almost without exception, every thread critical of the Obama administration always turns into a debate about George Bush, or past republicans. This is the common debate tactic. Look through the posts and you'll see what I mean. It's time to live in the now, because our future depends on it. I don't care if it's proven that Ronald Reagan is a reptilian shape shifter, it doesen't change what the DEMOCRATS are doing RIGHT NOW! Obama is president NOW! And we are in big, big, trouble.:2usflag:

Yeah and Dan Quayle was so intelligent  Yet that didn't stop conservatives and Republicans alike for voting for Regan.

It does not add to the conversation of Biden and his silly statement to drag some unrelated subject up. Yes Dan Quayle goofed up. Hell G.W.Bush was king of the dumb ass statements, but it has nothing to do what ever the topic at hand.
By the way everyone makes minor error from time to time but Biden was trying to make a point and was was nonsensical in the process.
One last point Dan Quayle came along after Reagan, and make note it is Reagan not Regan. See everyone makes small mistakes. To be more accurate you might have made your incorrect point by saying it like this.
And yet that didn't stop conservatives and Republicans alike "from" voting for Reagan. It's grammatically mo better. Get the point? No offense intended. :hammer:

As it stands, now, will you vote for him?

as it stands right now, and if the voting polls were open today, no. I would either vote for someone else or not at all.

I'll be glad to tell you my voting record and it's Republican all the way. Why? Because Republicans better represent my beliefs. My political beliefs are obviously better for the country.

So you were ok with Bush expanding government and expanding the debt?

Seems you would have more in line with Obama now then, given your voting record.

You voted for bigger government bigger government spending, so drop your bitching when the government keeps on spending. You voted for it under Bush and he (like other presidents before him) paved the way for this increased spending. Enjoy.

I can honestly say I didn't vote for reagan, bush I,. Clinton, or Bush 2.

I voted once for the Dem candidate and was disappointed. At least I can admit it unlike you.

You know that is what they voted for and got right?

I disbelieve you.

I am a conservative and I know what I voted for.

I support the teardown of the Clinton wall that prevented communication between local, state, and federal authorities.

I support the massive homeland upgrade sorely needed that helped prevent terrorists attacks on US lands.

I do not support Bushs policy of non-enforcement of current immigration laws. I did not support Bushs stand on excess government, nor his stand on the Dubai issue.

I supported Iraq not because of WMD or even Saddams BS but because I can read a map and have studied history. Well over a dozen US PERMANENT bases are now in Iraq and we can respond to any BS that occurs in that region where we could not before. You wont hear that on the news.

At least I enjoy being consistent. Others cannot say that so easily.

Yes. Read my mind some more. It tickles.

You knowingly supported the expansion of big government by homeland security. That says it all.

You are no conservative. You may think you are, but your voting habits says you are more liberal.

Well since that is what work I do yes I support what I do. I support guys that can save peoples lives every day and will never make a headline.

Bushs polices enable us to do that so I am cool with that aspect of it.

I do not support the bailouts of private businesses however. No bank payouts.

It should be known that without debt there is no money.
It is a pretty jacked up system we have.

They wont teach you this in school.

So you are for big government and expansion of it as long as it is big government YOU approve of. Sad to say that is not TRUE conservative mentality though.

Fake conservatives are so much fun to put a spotlight to.

I cant speak for others but I define BIG government differently than you is all.

Utility and practicality is important to me.

I dont feel allowing our local, state, and federal forces to communicate is BIG government. Its just common sense.

Of course you define big government differently. You have to if you are for it in one way, but not another. Can't look like a hypocrite :rofl

I disagree with your overgeneralization.

I think they finally found a being that would vote for Ann Coulter as president and they are trying to figure out a way to destroy it.

Actually it happened in Post #3, but don't let facts get in the way of your partisan bickering.

Clearly you do not only look the part but are the hypocrite.

Look you can try to fool others, but you are not foolling me.

You are NO conservative by the definition since you are for big government as long as it is big government YOU agree with.

Bull**** someone else, I am not falling for it and it is clear others are not falling for it either.
