Jan 6th criminals don't like the conditions of.................jail

What, you think the snowflakes that stormed the Capitol are literate?

To which 'Snowflakes" do you refer?

Canadian snowflakes? "Cause I'm pretty sure the only Canadians at the insurgence riot were likely inmates out on a day pass.

As I recall, the Capitol was stormed by Proud Boys and other insurgency organizations. They and their friends were armed and prepared for a war. You calling THEM snowflakes is absurd. "Cause if you are, snowflakes will take an exception and when you least expect will snow you in on some lonely mountain road.

Snowflakes DO NOT like to be ****ed with or FALSELY ACCUSED

Good bye

I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, these people were the 'useful idiots' who attacked our democracy and posed a terrible danger. On the other, there's a tragedy, they weren't robbing people, they were fools taken advantage of who thought they were sacrificing for the country's benefit, fighting a stolen election. I hate to see them go through this even while I also celebrate it for countering the attack on democracy.
I don't. I think conditions in jails should be improved, but they don't deserve "special treatment" just because they are snowflake insurrectionists.

If you think they weren't "robbing people" you are giving them far too much credit. They were trying to rob all of us - "the action of taking property unlawfully from a person or place by force or threat of force." What else would one call that? Is not your vote a thing of value? Is democracy not? What they did was worse than a smash and grab, and it affects all of us. They should not be allowed bail, in my estimation.

I have the greatest respect for Canadian snowflakes, especially our very own SNOWFLAKE

In this instance, however, "snowflake" is being used as a derisive term for "a person perceived as overly sensitive and fragile" Been called a 'snowflake'? The 'it' new insult (USA Today). I think we would all agree that this letter demonstrates ""a person perceived as overly sensitive and fragile"

I know, right? It's like, the idea that we even need to think of them as human is such a waste! They're all terrorists! Why not just call them that and we can get rid of them. Why does this need to be a process?

Yeah, I totally feel your pain in having to deal with this stuff.

What is up with this trend around here of starting threads based on Twitter posts by crazed and often dishonest people like this flipkowski loon?

If I wanted to fight with those twitter kooks I would post there.

This is the same propagandist who started the false rumor that DeSantis spent $12M to transport those people to Martha's Vineyard.
A pretty stupid and transparent dodge, considering he isn't the source.

You done?

Now explain why they deserve special treatment.

Here is the real truth.

Thanks for posting.

Granted, Oct of last year, but evidence that delays are not just by defendant request. You really should check your facts and not just parrot the latest thing you have heard.
Who are the court backlogs caused by? Where is this mass of evidence coming from? It's all to do with the Jan. 6th defendants. If any of them really had their trials delayed illegally by the government, then their lawyers suck for not filing for a speedy trial. Maybe some have, I honestly don't know.

But as I've stated before, and this is only my opinion, all of them should be in jail for 20 years. So, any delay isn't bothering me one bit.

They don't deserve special treatment. They deserve to be treated like any other rioter.
That doesn't make sense. We don't have special jails for rioters. Nor are they all just charged with rioting.

Try again?

Well.......

I suppose if your vocabulary was so limited you would have to steal a term for your purpose.

Is libtard not good enough for you?

I don't know where you went to school to learn about snowflakes, but they are the very ideal of originality, distinction, and beauty! A beautiful word for a beautiful thing. Each unique as a finger print. A wonder of nature.

And you want to make it ugly.

So, if you're sso desperate and need a new childish name for your enemies, you can go ahead and hijack a word intended to display beauty & elegance.

But my opinion of you just plummeted.

You've got a guy in North Dakota that ran over an 18 year old kid because he was a Republican and ADMITTED that was his rationale for the crime and that guy is out on bond. Meanwhile you've got all these 1/6 trespassers that have been in jail for coming up on 2 years without even a trial yet. Talk about a two tiered system.
No he isn't. He is now charged with murder and has no bail. So I guess we can ignore this fantasy post by you.

How much was it then?

It was what, 40 or fifty people.

All the way to the North Atlantic coast, including ground travel......

Would $18 million work better for you?

So that letter isn't a real letter?

Can't seem to find this corroborated anywhere so I'm gonna go ahead and suggest it's probably fake.
This letter was submitted in court last Friday. It's real.

You lot are predictable, if nothing else. God forbid people who haven't even been convicted yet be treated humanely.
Funny, they don't seem to be asking for anyone else to be transferred.

Spare us your fake attempt at compassion.

Now he is. When he actually confessed to what he did and why he did it he was out the next day! It's almost like someone in the DA's office mentioned in a meeting that this incident was getting a lot of press and they might look bad if they didn't push a murder charge.

That doesn't make sense. We don't have special jails for rioters. Nor are they all just charged with rioting.

Try again?
What? You had a SHITLOAD of rioters over the summer of 2020 and the VAST majority of the ones arrested were out on OR in hours. Most of them, in fact, were never even prosecuted!

Because murder was not the charge. Now it is.

How long did the insurrectionists walk free before being arrested? Over a year for some of them.

Who do you think you are conversing with, my friend? Or is this sarcasm, and you're just pretending to be offended?

The ones who were prosecuted for violent crimes and demonstrated threat to the pu loc or flight risk had bail revoked or not even offered. Just like anyone else. Your fantasy is an empty bag.

No, no, no. Just stop! ;)

Be smart enough to know what crimes you are committing. Stupidity has a price..
